Good shopping and parking experience.

The store is great and the employees are greater and always have a wonderful experience when shopping here and the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful with any project we have ever encountered and had to do and have guided us step by step in how to do some of the projects ourselves

The Home Depot in Ross Township always has employees roaming around the store available to answer questions (they are easy to spot because of the orange aprons). The store is well maintained. If a product is not on the shelf where you thought it would be, the employees can look it up on their phone and tell you if there is any in stock.

The sales staff in the appliance department is the best! They are very knowledgable, patient and super friendly!

No 2x4x8's, no propane. Save yourself a trip.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are more than willing to help you. They take there time explaining their products giving you the opportunity to make the best decision.

This store did not fulfill an order I placed on-line. This store changed my order and didn’t notifying me causing my crew to not be able to even start the job. It also caused me to have to explain to my client I couldn't do the job on the arranged date and I had to pay people to not work. I will never shop at any Home Depot again. This store cost me money and most likely a customer that I will never be able to be compensated for.

The curbside pick up was fast and easy. The store associate was pleasant and helpful. The curbside delivery was quick and accurate. Nicely done HD.

If you’re getting your paint in it Hass to be towered make sure you ask the person is there a machine calibrated I will never buy paint at Home Depot again because I bought paint their color was close What is the color I wanted in the store lighting once I got home and the painter painted my whole house the killer was totally off it was horrible The gentleman that worked at Home Depot in the paint department said why did you paint a 10 x 10” square before you painted the whole house and I asked him why you tell me that before I took the pain how he gave me a lot of attitude was very frustrated will never buy paint at Home Depot again be were

I purchased a chest freezer over the phone. The associate named Jim was very friendly on the phone. It took me all of 5 minutes to get my order after I went into the store to the pick-up desk.

Was able to find everything we were looking for. Although we didn't need any help we were offered plenty of it. The person that checked us out was very friendly and asked if we needed anything else. The store was very clean.

Very friendly employees, having a person at the door asking if he could help direct you to a certain section of the store is very helpful so you don’t have to wonder around looking for want you want.

This is really a great store. I come in pretty often, and I am always treated very kindly. The staff are very knowledgeable, and they are good at interpreting vague descriptions and hand gestures from dummies like me! ("I'm trying to find the thing that goes on the whatsit at the end of the flange dealie... you know...") The store is usually pretty well stocked and clean, except maybe at the end of a big sale or around Labour Day weekend when they're struggling to find enough employees to handle the rush. Overall I would highly recommend this particular Home Depot, they really do a great job!

Product availability, price and customer assistance in placing and picking up orders is far better than the competition. Highly recommended for all you home improvement/repair needs.

No help to be seen. Walked around store for 45 min, never saw a person. Tool rental people are rude. Tools broken. Self-check outs are unacceptable.

Every time I go to the store it is clean and the associates are very helpful if they don't have what I need they tell me when it will come in and they give me a call.

Always have everything I need in stock!

If you need keys made for a much reasonable price this is the go to place.

Received Outstanding Customer Service from Two Home Depot Employees at the Paint Counter on 09/08/2019! Each were very involved in helping us create the perfect Stain/Sealant, for our project!

If you need to go to the paint department of the Ross Park Mall store AVOID being waited on by Anthony at all costs. He is rude, will get your order wrong, and will blame it on the customer. I will never shop in their paint department again at this store.

Chris in flooring is young but helped me above and beyond. Took the time on a product I had never used before. Gave options as asked and showed me info on manufactures website on his phone. If he could answer a question he went out of his way to find the answer or direct me to several resources. For a young man he was friendly listened asked questions of me and gave multiple options & very articulate . I would have never expected this from someone of his generation. A BIG thank you to Chris I was impressed I hope the company sees what I experienced today
