I bought my solid wood cabinets and accessories. I also bought a red leather sofa and it was beautiful and my Mom loved it. But everything I bought, I was very pleased But the Ross Township store was more variety of items like the motion lights I bought.

I generally get what I need there at a reasonable price.

This store has the best employees. They are very kind and knowledgeable and very helpful.

I didn't plan to make a second trip in today but when a carpet issue came up I had to make a return. I did t think anyone could top the excellent service provided by Brian and Ken on the first stop today but then I met Corey and the night crew. Wow. I felt like I was being carried around on a thrown once they stepped in.

I am at the store three days a week for many things

I won't shop anywhere else.

I was with my niece and we were looking to purchase some kitchen appliances and our sales person could not have been more patient, kind, and thorough! I will definitely be back and I must say the other employees that I encountered were just as knowledgeable and courteous.

Poor customer service,

I bought a Dewalt Mower yesterday There are several people who went over and above to be I got the needed batteries that weren’t stored with the mower.

I frequent this location and have received great service, particularly from Jim in appliances. He takes the time to answer all questions, and assist with my decisions, and one time, with another employee, immediately brought the correct item to my house when I discovered the wrong item had been delivered the day before.

Had a great experience with greetings from associates and the store/aisles were clean for a safe, easy shopping experience.

Every product I’ve bought from Ross Home Depot has been correct, I’ve never had to return any item that I’ve bought. Every product that I see b4 I shop there is always what advertised as being correct when I buy it in store. Buy many different things there. Thousands of items to choose from. Very nice store.

I was working under time constraints and needed attentive service to purchase a new dishwasher and a water cooler. Service attendants in Appliance were spot on. Kathleen was focused on our purchase without distractions and very effective and gracious. I’m going back!

This Home Depot stores their extra shopping carts right up against the front of the self-service propane kiosk. Be ready to move a few carts to get access to the propane kiosk.

I bought flooring and can't wait to get it installed, the people at store were very helpful and informative

My husband and I needed help in repairing some parts of our porch. We didn’t know where to begin or what lumber to buy. We ran into John who works in plumbing and he asked us some questions about our project. He seemed to be able to point us in the right direction, even though we didn’t have any measurements yet. We’ll definitely return once we get the repairs better defined!

Joshua was the employee that helped me. He was very kind and knowledgeable and patient and explaining the products I bought. Actually the entire staff that I came across was extremely professional and friendly. I will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful experience at this location today. A gentleman by the name of Eryn was super helpful and made my shopping experience a breeze. Not only did he jump into a department that he wasn’t overseeing, but he found a product information, gave me the information I needed, found a flatbed and loaded my product and even helped me get it in my vehicle. Outstanding customer service Aaron! These are the reasons I keep coming back to Home Depot. Thank you so much for your help today.
