I’ve been in the Electrical Business for over 50 years the HD has a large selection of electrical equipment to do small jobs from start to finish. They also stock some commercial equipment to start a job. For the most part it’s more for DIY people to get small projects done although it’s against NYC electrical code to do any wiring without a license in NYC. Electrical work s for professionals not like plumbing carpentry or sheet rocking Electrical work can KILL you. So hire a licensed contractor when it comes to electric work.

Picked up some large storage tubs and lighters for grilling. Store was very busy. The staff moved very quickly and there was no waiting to check out. Great job everyone!

I love coming here because you always get treated with care and respect. I know nothing about the projects that I shop for and the staff is always willing to help. Marc and Susan at this store are particularly helpful and caring!

Never an associate available to help and if you find one they are less than knowledgeable.

The HD website said an item was in stock. I ordered it for pickup same day, they charged my card and then informed me that they were wrong and it wasn’t in stock. They canceled the order and now I have to wait several days for a refund to hit my card.

I have goods experience at home. Depot stores. Areas of improvement suggested: 1. If you use home depot card they should have five percent discount. 2. Pro members should get 10% discount across the board.Upon completing $1000 a year in purchases. Maybe eliminate bid room as it doesn't really work. Also it requires one time purchases. Owners and contractors cannot generally do that as it requires storage and invites pilferage ad their location. 4. These and many other policies are inconsistent. Pete broadwood

I was able to find what I needed easily. The stir is well stocked. A supervisor in the paint dept was very helpful.

There are entirely too many migrants hanging outside the store.

get rid of the illegal migrants in the parking lot. my wife was afraid to get out of the car

From the moment I entered the store I was greeted and was offered help by the associates. The store was also clean and easy to navigate. From the assistant manager Carl to the Store Manager Fika, and then the associates, I would say this location is great and their leadership shows. I went there for a specific item, that they didn't have in stock, but the associate at the customer service desk offered the item to be shipped to my home and I received it next day. Great experience overall.

This store esp the one on Targee is a disgrace . The employees are rude and nit helpful. I order a washing machine and it was not delivered . Please never shop there again

Came here looking to grab some batteries, new keys, and some lighting. Ended up walking out with the whole kitchen sink nearly. I was able to find a ton of things I needed to furnish my new home including cleaning supplies, patio, plants, cool lighting, and the staff was very helpful anytime I needed assistance. Great attitude and attention from all the folks. Shout out to Dimitri and Brooke for helping me get sorted!

Migrants harassing customers in the parking lot . Also , no one working at the checkout lines . Everyone on break

I will no longer shop at this location if corporate cannot address the people loitering in the parking lot. They harass people who shop there making it an unsafe location to shop.

Wonderful help from beginning to end, staff really cares

I purchased a bed dresser folding chair cooler and a mattress in the box in the past 2 months which I recommend to everyone.I love homedepot.

I must honestly say this location has put the Forest Ave one to shame. This location is an extremely friendly environment, everyone is so upbeat and willing to help. I never thought I’d be able to witness an actual commercial in real life. You know where all the employees are asking if they could help with actual smiles.

These guys go the extra mile every time i go there. Greeted with a smile. Employees walk by and ask if you need help and they actually do it.

This store has let about 10 men stay in the parking lot and by the exits asking to help people with their purchase now the amount of men has grown to 25 to 30 adult men running up to you to be 1st to get to you and try and help you load your car. this is unnerving and unsafe my wife and daughter and I will not be shopping at this Home Depot we will shop at another Home Center on Staten Island.

Rashied and Brandon made my entire day today. They helped me more than they know and I’m so appreciative for that, puts a little hope back knowing there are still good people in the world

Ive always been very satisfied with everything I've ever bought for my home or yard from homedepot.

This is my go to store, as it is close to my home. I especially love the Garden Center they have a large variety of plants/flowers and employees are always eager to help. Store is clean and neat.

The workers there go above and beyond to help out I was totally stunned and impressed and made my shopping experience even better.

Clayton was very pleasant and very helpful during my experience. Evelyn was just as pleasant. I found everything I was looking for. Would definitely come here again if I needed anything else.

I came to this store for a few boxes of drum liners, garbage bags, and cleaning supplies. Home Depot associate Clayton helped me when I couldn’t find the items on my list. He also checked the price of a grill I wanted to purchase and read me the details because I forgot my glasses in the car. He was friendly, greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed help. He even helped to put items in the cart. This made my shopping experience so much better.
