Wonderful experience, Steven in the flooring section was the best

She tried to charge me for more than I was purchasing and KEPT insisting I had more than one piece of plywood in my cart, when I know it was just one because I specifically asked for and watched the associate cut just ONE PIECE. She was rude, assumptive, and provided no customer service at all! Every other associate was friendly and provided assistance as much as possible.

I highly recommend this location and the garden department specifically! They always have such a great selection and the plants are always healthy. I have had plants from this location for the past four years since moving from Manhattan to Staten Island and I must say I have never been disappointed.

I usually go in and out when it's not busy, but today there was a problem with my military discount and there was only one person on that end of the store who couldn't solve the problem of the military discount not coming off the price. I had to call customer service and wait through all the personalized recordings that we all know and love....press 1 if this ,... press 2 if that.? I don't like (which I know no one else does either) having to spend hours to acomplish something that should take the 20 minute round trip to go to the store and back.

I always get good service, the prices are reasonable and the products are good

Excellent perfect attention

I have been going to this Home Depot for the past 2 months or so and I have never had a bad experience. From finding the tools I need for my projects to getting my questions answered, the employees at this store have been kind, professional and courteous. They have gone above and beyond to help me and I see them do the same for other customers. I have never seen anyone lose patience or raise their voice in anger or look bored or have a bad disposition. I sincerely hope they are getting paid more than minimum wage because they deserve it.

Troy from lumber is a hard worker very helpful. Head cashier and managers are amazing here. Head cashier Susan is amazing sometimes 1 cashier in she get the job done. She ls amazing

This has become my most-frequented branch of Home Depot. After MANY visits for finding the tricky, small, sometimes annoying items I need for renovation projects (and the bigger ones, too) I know where everything is, and how the place operates, and guess what? Things get easier the more I know and understand. It's a VERY useful place to shop for renovation supplies

Employees at this Home Depot are Helpful employees. They will actually ask you if you need help. At other stores it seems like they run from you when you need help.

As a military vet, I would expect common human decency. However my recent experience here at checkout, made me feel unwanted and showed that the 2 cashiers I ended up dealing with, just don’t care. Long story short, the first cashier at Lane 5 did not explain to her supervisor I was trying to sign up for the new military discount which requires a smartphone. So I was moved to the self checkout line before the supervisor finally listened to me, thanked me for my service, and told me her associate there will take care of me. The system gave me an error when I scanned my military discount QR code, but when I told the associate, she said she didn’t know and didn’t even come over to my checkout spot. She literally stood there. I tried 2 more times and got the same error. She still didn’t do anything so I just paid full price and left.
