Employees at this Home Depot are Helpful employees. They will actually ask you if you need help. At other stores it seems like they run from you when you need help.

As a military vet, I would expect common human decency. However my recent experience here at checkout, made me feel unwanted and showed that the 2 cashiers I ended up dealing with, just don’t care. Long story short, the first cashier at Lane 5 did not explain to her supervisor I was trying to sign up for the new military discount which requires a smartphone. So I was moved to the self checkout line before the supervisor finally listened to me, thanked me for my service, and told me her associate there will take care of me. The system gave me an error when I scanned my military discount QR code, but when I told the associate, she said she didn’t know and didn’t even come over to my checkout spot. She literally stood there. I tried 2 more times and got the same error. She still didn’t do anything so I just paid full price and left.

Stores succeed or fail depending on the employees. The Home Depot people make all the difference in the world and they are great. They are so helpful!

Had to get some razorblades. They were locked here at this location so I went to find someone to help in the next isle. The guy was a bit shocked at first to have to leave his post to do someone else's job; he was happy to oblidge though. I got the blades, with excellent service, and I went to the cashier. The cashier and I hit it off, and got to talking about Florida; totally made me forget about why I came in, which is the trait of a customer service expert! Thank you Devin!

I understand Home Depot is all about DIY, construction, and being able to find your own things. But when the things on the isle is not shown, asking for help shouldn’t be stressful. I got rudely rejected by an associate to assist me in finding an item. Everyone else was nice to help, so whoever that employee is, please step on poop.

My review is for Wepa Sanchez and Leticia Villanueva. These two sales representative were exceptional. They really know their product and were very patient with me. I asked tons of questions since HD was my third stop for blind/shades shopping. They knew exactly what I wanted and were able to accommodate my needs and my budget. I was very sick that day and even offered me food, as long as I was ok. Great service!

I like to go to the Home Depot almost biweekly. I like the products, prices, Employees are friendly and cashiers are nice.

Bob, at the Concord, SI store, turned out to be a lifesaver. I wanted to replace old switches in my home and had no knowledge whatsoever how to do it. I made several trips to the store because I needed additional items. Each time Bob was there with a friendly greeting, a smile, and helpful (AND CORRECT) advice. He took me right to the product I needed, and had tremendous patience. Bob is an incredible asset to The Home Depot.

It’s common for me to go to this store say to return something, and there will be say 5-8 employees in the customer /returns section all paying close attention to their phones and the internet while you wait. The return area is usually a mess with large items that you must walk around. I’ve interacted with someone who said they were the manager and they were mean, curt, unhelpful, and indifferent towards my request for help. I also had no way on my own of discerning that this was in fact the store manager. I only go there to save time by going to the store farther away, but there are times I travel anyway to avoid the store. Let me give a good example of the incompetence. The other day I went to the store to get blue windshield washer fluid. Only the orange stuff was up front. I checked auto stuff a person who sits at a desk there said there was none. The cashier insisted it was in auto. I decided I would get it somewhere else Few days later my wife goes there. She has someone look up how many there were. Over 100 gallons. One employee was rude and referred to my wife as “ hey lady”, was wrong about the product availability and didn’t want to help. Another employee named Ricardo was helpful, located the overhead using the app, took. It down and was a model employee.

Excellent Staff. I come here for everything although they are a smaller store, they find a way to get me what I need for my projects.

I reside in the area, and every time I walk into this store, employees treat me with professionalism and respect. This is my favorite store by far.

If I could give zero stars, I would so 1 star it gets--not sure what the 1 star represents though. If you must go into this or frankly any Home Depot, then you must have been desperate (like I was) but if you can go elsewhere (like a mom&pop hardware store, even online) do it. Not one person helped me here. And when you finally get an associate's attention to ask a question, they look at you as if you're interrupting or annoying them. And how do they not have Apple pay/touchless pay at the self-checkout? There are bodegas owned by 80-year grandmas that have Apple Pay and corporate big-wig Home Depot doesn't? At the associates at these self-checkout areas are mostly unhelpful and unfriendly and I'm pretty sure no one here knows how to be courteous or professional or know how to say thank you to any customers who actually [have to] purchase at this store.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Everyone that works there truly cares about serving their customers.
