Customer service was great the delivery was awful
Quick and easy to order the items we needed to remodel a unit. 3 of the delivered items showed to be damaged. The new sink box already opened when it arrived. There's a big orange stain on my unfinished cabinet. It was obvious defect that should have been caught before shipping.

    Can't purchase items and lack of customer service
    Was told, I cannot purchase any chain because the metal clippers were broken and have been for over a week. Multiple employees just hanging out. No one ever asked me for assistance. Do Not recommend this store.

      Keep up the good work.
      Home depot, Hollywood is an amazing location. It is very big and big. It's so big that it feels like you're in a small store. I always get all the help. I need. There's always more employees than you need. However, it's an amazing experience. I have been shopping here for years. Not only do I like to some people. But I also love pretty much a majority of the home depots, but this one is my number 1. Keep up the good work and all the success in the future.

          Please keep training your staff, it makes a huge difference
          It’s wonderful when we get a trained and honest Home Depot person who knows what is in store and has experience to answer our doubts. Not all your staff is like this anymore. But recently we had a gentleman who wears some really cool eyeglasses and was great in the appliances area; and a young guy named Ozzy in plumbing really took care of us. Thank you!

            Garden specialist Linda is amazing!
            I went to furnish my home with indoor and outdoor plants. Over 2 different trips during the weeks, Linda the garden specialist helped us in selecting the right combination of plants, planters and pots. She is extremely knowledgeable on how different plants thrive in varying environments, males excellent suggestions, and is very patient

                Bring on the robots
                In stock merchandise isn’t stocked onto shelves. Employees are nowhere to be found. You have to have a forklift operator certificate and unload the pallets yourself if you want to walk out of that place with the merchandise you were hoping to buy. Best thing about the store…plenty of self checkout kiosks enable you to quickly pay for your merchandise and get out of that hovel.

                    Staff are merely order takers
                    If you plan to shop here, know exactly what you want because the staff are merely order takers. Supervisors are nowhere to be found. Store is chiefly staffed with lots of young women more interested in gossiping and talking amongst themselves than servicing customers.

                          Staff always helpful and make sure that my concerns are fully handled.
                          The Customer Service staff and pick up desk staff are always friendly and helpful. In my opinion their standard of service is very good and much better than say 6 months ago, even though it was actually fine 6 months ago.

                            Customer Service is gettign worse
                            its never been that easy to find good help in Home depot when trying to find products - but it seems to be getting worse. And now with having to self check out too... prices keep going up and customer service keeps getting worse - I would rather order online. I find the in-store experience pretty bad these days.

                                The paint people are pretty nice, but everyone else I've ever encountered at this location makes me feel bad about existing.

                                  If you are not an expert at DIY projects, do not expect the retail employees here to be able to help you. They can barely tell you what aisle products can be found in; you might as well use the in store mode on the app. Every home project requires multiple trips to Home Depot and usually multiple purchases/returns. What a waste of a place. Here's a business idea for Home Depot: * mobile inventory in a truck * driven by a handyman * they sell you what you need on site at your home * they do the work for you * you pay whatever they ask

                                    Disgusting Store
                                    This has to be the worst Home Depot in the country. The parking lot is covered with litter and debris and there are hordes of migrant workers who stalk you as you park and walk to and from the store. Stay away.

                                      The service from the associates is the absolutely worst, I asked for help with taking some items to my car and even though there were several employees standing around or just walking by no one wanted to bother to help me out, it's been several months since I have made a purchase here because of the same reason, when you ask for help it is never that employees department and they can not help .What ever happened to the customer always comes first

                                              Worst costumer service ever
                                              Home Depot is a great store, unfortunately their employees are a totally different story . I was so disappointed last time I visited the store because when I was asking for help at the moment of checking out there were 4 employees very close to me literally doing nothing at all and they completely ignored me, I almost have to beg for help. This is a problem that Home Depot has had since always, hope some day they start hiring people focused to bring a better costumer service and that are really happy to be working there instead of been avoiding all the costumers.

                                                Nursery Looks Great, But The Prices Have Skyrocketed, Go Elsewhere
                                                The nursery was full of beautiful blooming plants. However, in the bedding plant category they have raised the prices by 68%. They no longer carry the massive selection of bedding plants at $3.XX per 6 pack, instead the selection is now only 4" plants at $1.99 each, 6x $1.99 = $11.94. It's "shrink inflation" at HD. Shop at another store for better value.

                                                  I’ve been coming to this store for years now but I still have a little bit of a difficult time finding some items. I love how everyone will go out of their way to show you where things are, and they’ll even go the extra mile and give you suggestions on what would work better for your desired project.

                                                    Fantastic Customer Service
                                                    I had a terrible experience shopping online for a washer dryer combo, a total disaster. Thankfully, Mario and Nataly at the Sunset store resolved the issue for me, which took a while but they stuck with it. I'll never shop online for a big item again, only at the store.

                                                        No Bags and Hue Price Increases
                                                        1- HD No longer provides free bags. Be sure to bring your own. There is no sign, so if you forget, be prepared to walk all the items out to your vehicle in your hands. 2- They stopped selling garden pony packs of 6 plants (usually $2.99-$3.99 per pack). They have replaced these with a single plant at $3.98. The size is the same as the pony pack. So be prepared to pay 6x the price. You can still get pony packs at their competitors and even at real landscape nurseries for less than HD

                                                            Appalling service
                                                            The store rep entered our order for six appliances and made a clerical error resulting in the third party delivery company dumping all six appliances on the street and driving away without delivering them inside and connecting them as we had paid for. Neither they nor Home Depot apologized or tried to make amends for an error that was not ours. Disgusting treatment given we had spent over $6,000.
