This is my go-to store for hardware, plumbing supplies, etc. It is located on my way home from work, so I could not ask for more. Prices are decent and one can always look up online the availability and location of the desired item.

We were scouting for best deals for a refrigerator and we got one at HD in Sunset and the person assisting us was so great.

I’m a pro contractor and this is the place i come to buy all my materials for home and work. Highly recommend to go see DJ and William. These guys will tale care of you and will help you all the way and answer all your questions.

What should have took 10minutes for a propane tank swap took 20min due to u helpful staff. If you are ever checking out at this location and notice the name tag “Christopher” , do yourself a favor and move to the next line.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Once I had to return a product to this store. This month, an order was cancelled. Couldn't find a plumber to pick up the toilet I bought. My car is too small. Home Depot's customer service team handled my concern with grace, the staff polite. My situation was frustrating, but they made the challenges easier to bear.

I was searching for an adaptor so I could plug in my recently purchased plug-in hybrid.. I was almost in tears and about to give up..until I found Home Depot on Sunst in LA… the man who helped me knew what he was doing! I showed him my cord and a foto of the plug I needed to plug into… and he found all the right parts and even PUT THEM TOGETHER FOR ME!! his name was adam.. I am deeply grateful to him!!

Was very friendly sales associates and great products for home

i bought. a ladder online and picked it up 2 mins later and she was very on. top of it and got me in and out so quickly but also made my day so much more pleasant. I love this home depot! i'll go everyday until they build one in the valley

This store has gotten better over these years parking lot is cleaner not as many day labors

This is a very busy store that’s totally out of control; the customers are mostly contractors which is fine but they are there to get in, buy their parts and go; if you’re a homeowner you are just going to be in the way.

My over all experience at the customer service desk was great especially with Sabrina and Leslie. Both of them had a very inviting smile and attitude and both work well helping me and other guest. What a great team.

Eric Thomas was amazing!!!! He helped my roommate and I put our patio table in our trunk and he was so kind to us! Genuinely one of the nicest people I have met in my entire life!

I've been shopping at the Sunset Home Depot for years! I particularly love this store location on Sunset because of the people. Yes! That's right the people! I've done extensive remodeling throughout the years and always had great help from Michael Bowers, from Design, Ray at the Pro Desk, Linda at Gardening and Demond who always has a great smile and greets me with such warmth every time I come in to shop. And, if you need further assistance, rest assure you can always talk to the Store Manager himself, or Marvin who is another Super Hero Manager if you have any problems that need addressing. And, please let me not forget Elvin, another great associate/Supervisor at the Pro Desk who takes such great care of me. When you go to shop, it's always an experience whether good nor bad, and mine has always been wonderful and I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of these folks that make my shopping at the Sunset Home Depot always outstanding! He assisted my blind and deaf grandparents and I! I have to communicate with them using ASL. John was patient and dedicated to ensuring we found everything we needed and left happy!

I’m basically inept at anything handy, so I needed help shortening some dowel rods. Jimmy sawed them for me, and was super nice the whole time! Never would’ve expected such great customer service. I hope Jimmy gets to know how awesome and appreciated his help was.

Shopping here at Sunset 6616 for more than 20yrs, and I have found everything to be Top Quality Products but most of all Home Tools and Indoor/outdoor Garden products a Great for you D.I.Y. Enthusiasts!

Nice service and stuff

Hard to get in and out of. The rooftop parking is nice unless you are buying lumber
