I bought and built this fence 3years ago from Home Depot. I don’t recommend it to anyone else unless you like building a new fence every 3 years

My wife and I recently bought a home and she was excited to redo the outside to include paint, flower beds, and mulch. I had an umbilical hernia that needed repair and held off on that surgery until the moving in and painting was all done but then she reminded me of the flower beds. We needed mulch, potting soil, flowers, etc. After surgery, I was instructed not to lift anything above 10lbs for 6 weeks. My wive's flower beds were going to wait that long! The staff at the W OKC Home Depot location didn't hesitate to load the bags and everything for us! Very helpful!

I went into the store 3 times. Every employee I had help with was very knowledgeable. Especially me not knowing much. They were all friendly and helpful and knew what my non English speaking handyman was looking for or needed to replace my hot water heater and all the pieces he was needing. Will definitely only come to this store every time. It’s out of my way but will make the trip!

I do a ton of remodel/construction work for my company as well as several friends and family.I will usually go out of my way a little to shop at this particular Home Depot store.

Had to exchange a gift for the correct one and the ladies up front went above and beyond to help reorder the item

The last couple of times I’ve been and have bought a large amount of wood. I have been asked if I needed help loading previously I have not had that experience, but it seems as if things are getting better.

Made a simple purchase on line and so far the delivery is 10 days late and counting making the project more than a week behind.

Alfredo, Maria, & Gina were fantastic. Working with people like them builds trust, and that’s what keeps me loyal to this particular Home Depot.

I went online to get some receipts and the online service was not available so I went in the store to get help and the customer service rep at the customer. Window was so helpful. She helped me with everything that I needed and I really appreciate it. she deserves a promotion she was so knowledgeable thank you so much.

I believe the store personnel did everything they could think of to help us get what we ordered. I think the resulting mess was caused by inventory deficiencies up the chain. The store were as surprised and puzzled as we were about how long it is taking to complete our toilet order. My observation is that they are well trained and competent.

Always helpful and usually have what I'm looking for or something that will work.

Home depot is my jewelry store because i love improving my home.

Product wasn’t in stock so I bought it via website and paid for it in advance while at Home Depot. Was told I was to receive a call when it arrived and never did. 3 weeks go by and I get store credit to buy something else.

3 people working self checkout which means 3 people watch me scan my purchase. Product and empty pallets blocking aisles.

the folks here are very helpful and experts at some of the trades. found items relatively quickly and good store to visit.

this store was very helpful during my visit. I forgot an item and an employee walked it out to the parking lot and hand it to me.

Built a home with only home depot products

I went to buy flowers for the garden, and the sales associate in the garden center, walked me over to the flowers I was looking for, and the cashier was extremely friendly.

The cashier help me fill out a form to save me $20

Hard to find help when needed.

Every one of the employees were friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They went out of their way to be helpful. I was asked several times if I needed assistance.

Aero at checkout was very nice and polite. I’ve always enjoyed shopping at the Home Depot.

Not from around here. Just in town for barrel racing. Our Cashier Hero was very friendly! Very sweet lady!
