The customer interaction with Derrick Stansfield and Dave was AWESOME!! Thank you both for your help. The store was clean and employees working not standing around on cell phone. I noticed the Safety measures the 2 employees driving the equipment in store took to make sure my daughter and I were clear of them working. I live in Harrah Newalla but plan to drive the distance for the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE provided by the employees. Thank you Home Depot.

This store was busy, but not too busy to give a helping hand and a personal touch by walking all the way to where I needed to get to purchase my items.

I’ve been in this store many times to buy many different things. I have observed times when the store manager is actually rude to employees about how they do their job. It’s demeaning and embarrassing for them AND for me. I believe this should NOT be done on the store floor, rather behind closed doors!

Your employees need to be trained properly! We won't be spending another cent at Home Depot.

I get all my son's ryobi products here. He loves them. I love them. We're both happy.

I purchased some custom shades. I had the best customer service from Lesa and Janice. I could tell they love what they do. They were friendly and funny. I felt so comfortable wirh them both. I also love the customer service counter. I returned some stuff before and it was hassle free. That after I returned the small items I walked the store and purchased a refrigerator. I just love this store. The best customer service. The culture of the store is awesome.

Today we had Joseph in millwork help us and he could have not been more thorough and helpful, we are very impressed with the help he gave us.

My Wife and I went to grab a cabinet handle to modify a lift table. I'd been looking into Ridgid's line of tools for a bit. They had some tools left for buy 2 batteries and receive a free tool deal. So went ahead and purchased them. The employees were real nice and helpful and just easy to talk to. We also had our dog and the employees interacted with him as well. Really a great store with great employees!

This store has vastly improved from the past. Not sure what the deal was with the employees, but no one seemed happy. They are amazing now! Gabriel at the paint counter was an absolute delight! What a kind, friendly young man. He really made my evening. Jennifer my cashier was equally nice!

They will sell you bad/wet/faulty products and not refund your money when you return products that were identified as no good. Poor customer service and lack of prompt action to address customer needs.

I haven’t had a great experience at a Home Depot besides this one! Everyone is so helpful sometimes it’s too much. Love the great work ethic I see here.

Isabella in the lumber department addressed all the Spanish speakers by speaking Spanish and literally left me standing at the register. I do not speak Spanish, so I do not understand her. Everyone around me spoke Spanish, so they all moved to another register. The line was so long I saw two different customers walk out with there carts and didn’t even pay.

I bought all my cabinets for all my remodels at this store.

Customers are ignored. Employees watching videos on phones and laughing while customers just stand there waiting.

Bought paint online and got back home (2 hours away) and they didn't mix it. It was only base. Bought a storm door and they forgot hardware. They are forcing me to drive 4 hours roundtrip to fix their mistakes. Do not shop at this location. Online customer service was no help.

If you need paint for a project, Jose R is the person to see. He is friendly, knowledgeable and AWESOME! He made sure we had what we needed and got the correct product for what we needed. He was Amazing!!

I shop at Home Depot in Oklahoma and Texas for work. This particular Home Depot the best employees I have seen. They get you in and out. You never leave feeling rushed. It’s the one place I know I can do a mobile order and receive it during my lunch break. I’m not sure if she is a manager but Katie at Customer Service, if you ever feel like a career change, I’d hire you.

There was a problem with appling my military discount and it handled in a friendly and professional mannor.

Found most of my items with little problem. App helps in locating what it hard to find.

We've been doing a lot of renovating and that has placed us in a lot of home improvement stores. This store and all of it's employees are by far the best.
