good convent , had problem on offering help

Everytime I come here the staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Yesterday I went to the garden department to check out the prices for roses and dirt. I got great assistance in the garden department. As I was ready to check out my 6 roses I asked to add the cost of 3 bags of dirt for 10.00 i saw advertised outside the store. The cashier looked it up on his computer (and sorry don't remember his name) made me aware of an even better deal for dirt and he asked another assistant Donovan to show it to me. Donovan got a cart and then loaded 8 bags of dirt, waited until I chose some more roses, rang up the bill and loaded all into my car. Talk about personal shopping experience.! Loved it. The management must be providing great training and is hiring really nice people. Thank you all. I bought more product than intended and got lots of value.

I can't say enough about Alex and the new management he has put in place in the building materials department. I'm a small outfit and when I have to wait an hour to get five pieces of wood it's really unacceptable! That doesn't happen anymore! Alex you're doing great man

The employees at the front desk and mangers are very knowledgeable in reference to where to find what ever i need.

Today I received very good service at the register and at the truck that supplies pine straw bales. Sometimes service in this area is lax, not today.

If you need any tools to rent this is the place! I wish Ana was a full timer, she was extremely helpful and positive! Too bad that her kind spirit and energy can't be bottled up and given to every employee everywhere!!! Lol I will definitely be back!

NO 1 WANT TO WORK OUTSIDE AT STRAW TRAILER. I WAITED AT TRAILER FOR 45 MINUTES.

Anessa was VERY VERY Pleasant. She was very nice and sweet. I would have never known she had a migraine because she had a smile and helped me! She even asked about my project.. very friendly young lady! I have found a new Home Depot to make my main store. The young man in Lumber around 2:15 asked me different questions to figure out exactly what I needed to do with my wood I needed cut! I don't remember his name though. GREAT job guys!

This is is consistently poorly managed with employees on the floor complaining; stock is often out. Too bad you don't put Midtown Atlanta store manager in this one for awhile.

Your associate named RAHMO is an exceptional employee, and a real asset to this store. She aided me in finding exactly what I was looking for, and with the most pleasant attitude. Truly a1 model employee.

I don't recall her name, although I think it was Kohimco, or something like that, but she was most helpful with rendering me aid during a low sugars episode, by recognizing that I was in distress and knowing exactly what too do. Many roses for this associate.
