I needed help and asked a guy. He pointed and yelled for Keith to help me. Keith was hanging out with 3 other guys and ignored him. I yelled. Keith and other guy finally came. I asked about price of pickets because no signs. He pointed at a spot said that’s all we have. I asked which price. He repeated that’s all we have. I said can’t you scan the tag. He rolled eyes walking away. I said you seem pretty put out. Other guy did it and walked off. The pickets were way back and I couldn’t reach them. I had to call them back. Keith still rolling eyes moved them. I called him on it and he bowed up. Other guy got him to leave. Not the first time Keith has acted that way. Terrible customer service.

Please. wnen hiring new employees. Give them enough training how to help costumers to find what they are looking for. It's not necessary for new hired guys to know every single thing. But they must use the devises provided by home depot to find the location of the items that costumers asking for. Some worker are lazy and they just says i don't know witch is unacceptable

Best way to purchase, big help with the associate called Emile of Lumber

There was a new manager about two years ago, a young man. He was excellent and all the staff attitudes changed drastically. He got transferred, and then the staff attitudes came back and not many people were helpful. Now there must be another new manager because the staff were fantastic. Everyone I spoke to was helpful. People were apparently happy. It is so nice to be able to walk in and get help now. In the past, I have walked around for 28 to 35 minutes seeking out help and could not find any. I even watched staff turn around and go the opposite direction when they can see me looking for them to come help. I sure hope this manager stays.

I tried to return an item that hadn't been opened or used. This is the first time that a refund was refused and no explanation. Just no. Clearly, the computer showed I had purchased the item. I had my credit card but they wouldn't refund. I left the item and expect management to handle this matter.

I bought a washer and dryer and they said I would have it this week. That didn’t happen. I wish I went somewhere else. 2 year I bought a washing dryer and it took a month and half to get it. Please I want to shop With u but tell the truth. It not the employees fault. Get your act together please. Thanks

I ordered online two times other stores cancelled even though thee item was in stock. Hurry for this store!

Several years ago I would have rated this location a negative. The staff was rude and pretend that you weren't in the same aisle as they were if you needed assistance. Over the past couple of months it's improved greatly! The employees seem to be much more engaged with their surroundings. I have had an issue with the app indicating there was inventory and getting to the store and the shelf is empty. I just go to another location instead of trying to find someone to locate it in topstock.

This store is pretty much all self check out, so if you have any out of the normal experience with card readers or coupons…good luck. Cause it seemed that the assistant has absolutely no care for your needs.Also returned a Penske truck rental to this location and the tool rental agents seemed to have the same attitude. They want you to do all the leg work for them as far as dropping trailers in proper over crowded parking lots and finding parking spots for over sized vehicles. Took more than 45 minutes to return a truck and trailer.

I come in here so much that the employees recognize me! Everyone tries to be helpful and they definitely have memorized the store layout. I really enjoy my visits.

Dirty, rude employees, chaotic aisles, and a third-world-level self checkout.

What I purchased was household items, such as. beach, Laundry Detergent and Dish Detergemt.

I shop this location bc it's convenient to where I live. I have been to better physical locations but this one is ok. The associates as a rule are somewhat helpful and as usual some better than others. I'm glad to have a store close to me.

The store associate was doing some inventory, but stopped to help me find the product that I needed. He was very helpful and polite.

This is my go to store for Home Depot. Otherwise I just go to Ace Howe and pay more

I’ve had to stop by this Home Depot because it’s closest to my home & I cannot stand go there. No one offers to help you, you can’t find anyone who works there, & then when you do find a person they are usually rude and unknowledgeable. However, one person named Jimbo was very kind and helpful which is why there are two stars- after he helped us once he unfortunately disappeared and we weren’t able to find anyone else after that.

i have been going to the wages drive home depot for 41 years so i speak form experience. It is not as friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as it used to be. But is probably not moreso than shopping in general.

I had employees come up and ask if I needed help. Emile was incredibly helpful, kind, and insightful. He went above and beyond to help me out when I needed pieces cut close to closing time. I'll be coming back!

While some ARE good the bad far outweigh them in number and intensity.

i came in today to buy some items for a jobsite that i’m at and an associate called joasline was very helpful at the time i was checking out, she was very helpful and had me out of the store in under 2 mins which is very quick to me and that was convenient for me because i was in a rush lol.

Sherika helped match paint, mixed & had ready when I was. Her department was very busy but she didnt let that affect her customer service.

Mr. Keith is the type of employee every HD needs. He is friendly, and knowledgeable and always helpful. He remembers his customers. The folks at the HQ who run the company by the spreadsheet have no clue that he is the reason the company is successful.

Basically all tools behind cages and an attendant that shows up who knows when has to carry the tool with you through check out. Prices are wayyy higher than stuff sold online shipped overnight. The credit card scanners and nearly all broken or work inconsistently. If they aren’t going to have cashiers they should at least invest in good self service tools like tap to pay. Today was my last trip to this store, maybe even home depot in general.

Very impressed that Ms. Aileen went out of her way to help me select a Rigid cordless drill. After she helped me select the best one, I find out she was already checked out and was on her way home when I asked her for her help and opinion. She had spent the next 15 minutes answering my in depth questions. Great employee !

Bridget, Donna, and Rupy are amazing. As a developer time is money and the speed and quality of service I receive from these employees saves me hundreds of dollars on a daily basis to get in and out of Home Depot. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am to have these three in my corner. The most important thing to run a business is to have a strong team. These three people are allies but friends. Thank you all.

I use this store a lot. It's convenient and easy to reach from a number of ways. 78 and Decatur and Emory or Tucker. All nearby. They generally have just what I need and more. Today I got new tune up parts for yard tools. Key details for a busy week. Thanks HD.

nothing more nothing less. sometimes they are friendly, sometimes the associates look tired. Please make sure they are paid well for their work.
