Home Depot has everything needed for my DIY home improvements and repairs. I can always find knowledgeable associates to answer any questions. I enjoy shopping at my local Home Depot.

The salesperson, in appliances, who helped us purchase a clothes dryer, is Keith Holmes. He's very knowledgeable and thorough. He gave us a quote over the phone and then we went in to finalize the purchase. He was the BEST!

Wanda went above and beyond literally as she scaled a ladder at least 10 times trying to locate several toilet seats that were not stored above the sample one. She was friendly and determined to get us our product.

It seems there are always issues with this location for tool rental. Either the equipment is broken down or the rental trucks are not properly equipped to be able to tow some trailers. Even though Home Depot advertises that you can rent their trucks to save on delivery fees for large equipment rental, this location does not have all the proper supplies according to the Home Depot employee I tried to rent from.

I was overcharged by $50 and if I hadn't been returning the items I never would have noticed!

I bought some playground sand for an umbrella stand and was very pleased with the quality and price offering.

An employee who l won't name, aww what the heck, Pearl, was extremely rude and incompetent and actually had a customer behind me go in front of me and then didn't know how to complete the transaction. She clearly must have been having difficulty understanding her job description. She wasted another 15 minutes of my time. I won't be visiting this location any longer.

We bought a 40 watt LED that had a sales price of $6.30 advertised, but rang up at $9.67. Renee in Customer Service was not helpful with resolving the error or the problem that we paid to much for the product. Renee asked if we had a picture of the sign, which we shared with her, she stated that the sku was different from what was on the sales sign. Okay, than have someone move the products to where the correct product belongs. We were made to think "oh well". We took the loss, but were disappointed that the Customer Service rep. really didn't care that the customer was not only inconvenienced by having to waste time coming to Customer Service to complain about a $3 to $4 difference, but to be dismissed because of an error that The Home Depot made!!! Very Disappointed in the Customer Service Dept.

The customer service is mind blowing!!! Hands down, this store has the absolute BEST customer service folks. Everyone is so willing to help, and helps with a smile. The people who work at this location are the reason why this is the best Home Depot location ever! Ms. Michelle, Ms. Reneé, Ms. Tiffany, Ms. Cheryl, and Mr. Ray we're SO AMAZINGLY HELPFUL! I cannot rave enough about them!

I came in today and had a very big order and this young lady was very patient as my colleagues and I gathered all our items. Even helped us push them out. Tiffany is rocking the Pro desk , I have never seen so much joy in someone helping people. She was so polite and knowledgeable. Great Job TIFFANY

GREAT PRICE ON MULCH 5 BAGS FOR $10.00

I am so pleased to have met this fine young lady Tiffany today. She was eager to get us out of there because she saw we were just waiting forever to be rung out at the register. She was very knowledgeable and said come back and see me tomorrow my friend. And I think we will everyday she works. I had an issue with Harrison and kind of gave up on this store but Tiffany assured my wife and I she will do whatever to win our business back. I appreciate her for going over and beyond to make us happy.
