This is my favorite Home Depot now!! The staff is so kind and helpful!!

Store were clean and products are easily find and associates are helpful.

Store is so congested and you can't get anyone to help you. Never seem to have just the simple of things.

Jade provided me with Super Service. She helped me to locate the product I was looking for, and so on.

This store is the most customer friendly one I have ever seen. It is also the cleanest with the most helpful employees. Individuals with good or excellent reviews ought to get bonuses.

Love shopping at this Home Depot location! I always find what I need and store associates are available to assist and advise when needed.

My favorite store nice friendly service

I rely on this store because it is convenient and easy to get in and out. They are generally organized and the team help a great deal with questions and locating items. Occasionally, items are misplaced, but I think other patrons are more to blame for this. I now have a fully functional line trimmer and my wood tool box has a new bottom and the metal tool box has a table base and a host of other small issues are fixed thanks to help from HD. I much prefer to solve things myself over pay to get help. HD makes this possible.

Mr. Umeh, the manager, must be setting a good example. The sales assistant, Treyonna, was excellent in helping me with my problem and later order. I noticed how friendly and helpful all the employees at the customer service desk were while I was there. There was a lot of choice in the patio furniture area where I was shopping.

Scott really saved us a lot of labor when he noticed us starting to load 16x16 pavers into a cart. He asked how many we needed and when we told him the large amount, he offered to load them into our truck using a forklift and his helper, Sanchez. The whole operation was very efficient, even though it was a very busy day in the garden center.

Upon entering the Home Depot I was greeted with a smile by the Lovely Greeter on Wednesday and Thursday asking if I needed any Home Improvements done I told her yes! We setup someone to come out for a free estimate on my mom's Bathroom. My mom and I was very satisfied with what was discussed on the estimate. (Lifetime guarantee). We can't wait to see the finished product! Pinkmink

We are renovating an older house and Home Deport #0117 and its knowledgeable are very important partners in our project.

As a senior manager in a hospital, I understand the cost of hiring and the challenges we are faced with in today climate but there's to much turnover at this store. Turnover is a direct effect on dollars spent in the store and also reflection of management. Bottom line manager get bottom of the barrel employees which relates a low cost of spend in the store.

Disappointed that in the 30 minutes I spent in the store today, I was able to count 20 people not wearing masks. Clearly this location does not practice the policy that is posted on their front entrance.

Home Depot is the store that has might need. The associates are friendly and eager to help you find what you want.

Pine straw has never been more than $4.00 per bale. Now, HomeDepot has rolls instread of bales, which are labelled as "equivalent to two bales." And they are $8.75 each. I don't think they are equivalent to two bales, judging by the ease of picking them up.

The store is nicely cleaned and the products are easy to find. The customer survives are very good.

I used curbside pick up. I purchased a lawnmower and the woman brought out a box that was obviously damaged. it looked like it was re-taped. I asker her to please bring me a new mower in an undamaged box. she said I would have to go into the store and return it myself and ask for a refund then purchase a new one. the most ridiculous situation since I used curbside pick up so I wouldn't have to go into the store during Covid. I took the lawn mower home and it is damaged and am now dealing with that. something that should have taken an hour is now taking two days to deal with plus the time it will take to replace the damaged part, if they can. overall a very bad experience. the mower was a 600.00 RYOBI electric lawn mower.

I came in for a washing machine and Debbie was great. Very nice and walked me through everything.

We like Kevon, one of the managers, also Debbie Vowell, and the ladies that work at the return counter. The manager was available to us along with help from other personnel. We enjoy coming to this Home Depot as they are well stocked and friendly. Keep up the good work!

Home Depot appears to make an effort to help and satisfy the customer and this store is no different. Most likely customers will go to the closest Home Depot but highly recommend this one.

The customer service workers are not trained and do not bother to say thank you. Maybe soem courses on house training are in order. You are not there doing favors for shoppers. The shopers are keeping you employeed. You might as well work for the government with attitude like that!
