My order I received curbside was covered in dust and what looked like melted chocolate. This is not even an outdoor product and stored inside in the tool section. I didn’t have time to go in and exchange it for a cleaner one. The employee apologized and said it’s a problem and the managers dont seem to care. It would be nice to get a clean new looking product. This Milwaukee stuff isn’t cheap!!

The shop is very well stocked, I normally find every material I look for, the staff is very helpful. They are it very smiley but it doesn’t matter as long as they do a good job. I’m lucky to have it so close to my home.

Dan in Roofing provides exemplary help. Cannot recommend any more greatly his/this Home Depot's customer service.

Home Depot is my go to store. Always friendly and helpful. I never have to chase anyone down for help.

Marie did a great job handling several complicated issues. She was great at the pro desk and very patient.

We bought 70 items in a couple of days at The Woodlands store. Not only are we happy with the products we bought, we are delighted with 3 store employees that went above and beyond for us. Thank you to Debbie, Judy and Roberto. You made our experience a good one.

The store was not busy Saturday evening. My son and grandchildren loaded 8 and 12 foot lumber in the trailer. It took over 2 hours to get help to load the 16 foot boards. One employee refused.

This is not the only time I have been at this store where customer assistance does NOT exist. I’ve continued to shop at Home Depot for their plant guarantee and have spread the word to my family, friends, and business associates. We’ll no more!!! Time and time again their customer service rates a negative zero!!

Self check out attendee was not helpful. Other employees in the sections were helpful and greeted me self check out attendee did not reply when I asked a question please use less self check out all other employees in the store were mindful of my needs and helpful.

Seniors would appreciate a little help loading in the store.

I shop at the home depot store everyday. Mina at the pro desk is awesome ! She helps work out the deliveries

Too bad there is not another store convenient to buy lumber. The lumber section was a mess, with employees standing around talking - who by the way acknowledged that the section was a mess when confronted. Awful experience!

I was having difficulty with an online order and come to the store to check its status. Your employee very quickly solved my problem by placing my order correctly. She was very knowledgeable, interested in my problem and and highly intelligent. She is an excellent employee and a credit to your business.

I was working on a repair on my home and needed some adhesive and sealant in a hurry. I was easily able to find everything I needed. I was in and out in record time and then back to work fixing the leak at home.

The kitchen appliance sales and customer service team is outstanding.They provided excellent service and support for built in oven/microwave purchase. Delivery and installation was smooth and flawless!

Manager assisted me all the way through multiple people asked them questions along the way and he helped everybody as he helped me like it was not an issue. Definitely have a good leader at that store will shop there again.

Judy Bruce was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Hard to say - I had an employee assist me with 2 1”x12”x 6’ boards but i could tell he was quite busy. I’m in a wheelchair so I appreciated his assistance. But once I got home I noticed large cracks on his ne side of the board and had to exchange it today. I’m not disappointed especially since we’re in the midst of the Xmas madness. But there is opportunity there

Bought a Refrigerator Appliance on Black Friday (11-29-24). The sales assistant- "MARY" did a super great job in getting my details confirmed so that the purchase could be done. Couldn't have done anything without her. She was very friendly, patient and showed great perseverance in working with me to get the purchase done, especially since I was from out of town. Great Kudos to Mary. Greg.

At the service desk, I ordered & paid for a carpet runner which was to be placed on the staircase and used as the backdrop for the family Thanksgiving photo. The clerk gave me a receipt which stated WILL CALL pickup on Wednesday November 27 9:30am. I called to see if it had arrived and was told that my order had been canceled by Home Depot without any explanation. Needless to say, I didn’t get any order. Thanks Home Depot, You Really Suck

I’ve been shopping here for years. I have no reason to stop any time soon. They always have what I need.

I don’t get paid to be your employee, so why am I scanning and bagging the items I purchase?

I enjoy shopping at this particular Home Depot store as the employees are not only friendly but knowledgeable as well. I've shopped most of the departments and each employee that has offered to help me was very sharp in each department that they were working in.

They have more employees on the floor to help out and I don’t have to hunt for someone if I need help.
