Ordered with a specific delivery date. Order was split into two deliveries, both arriving on earlier dates. Called CS when I received delivery email and was told the deliveries would be corrected to the original date. They were not and I had to make two special trips, two hour round trip, to secure the deliveries. Don't count on what you are told on line or by CS.

The hardware depth staff on duty was very helpful and patient. When we couldn't find the parts needed, he verified their availability online and made sure we knew the nomenclature for our online search. He made a very strong and favorable impression on my wife and I, in spite of helping four (4) other customers.

I bought a ryoibi impact and drill kit.i used it next day and it’s perfect. Assistant helped and was fantastic. Good product good assistant it can’t get any better

I always have access to a knowledgable associate in this location.

The lumber is not that great, especially the 2x2 treated strips. None are straight.

The Shenandoah, TX location is our go-to Home Depot. It is conveniently located and safe. You don't have to worry about your car being broken into because the police station is basically across the street. The store is well stocked and maintained and has helpful employees.

Employees seem to feel annoyed when I asked for help . I was told “go talk to that guy over there “ twice before getting help . When I did get help the lady seem so annoyed I needed help

I bought a Dewalt toolbox on wheels. I wasn’t looking for one when I entered the store but when I saw it, I thought it would be great to organize my drills and assorted tool. I’m glad I did.

Steve in the AC filter aisle was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The same for Alejandra near the self check area. Shelves were stocked. I found what I needed and was out inside of 10 min. Score!

We recently visited Home Depot on a Sunday. A day that the weather was great. So, naturally we want to work in the yard. There were 0 employees outside to help with flowers, mulch, etc. self checkout was down outside and there was only 1 checkout. The checkout lady was very slow. We waited in line for over 15 min. And finally went inside to checkout.

Gail was very profecional and helpful

Gail did a terrific job in matching and mixing our 12 year old paint on our walls. It matched perfectly - you cannot tell where we repaired the nail holes.

I got the Scotts Reel Mower and I LOVE it!!! It works so great. The employees at this store are so friendly and helpful! Was also able to find 2 items I needed that the OTHER (blue) store didn't stock!!! :)

No matter your skill, knowledge or trade level, these guys know how to talk to customers and love to help everyone. I enjoy going here, as I'm no master of any trade and usually have an annoying question, as I'm always taking on projects outside my scope of capabilities. However each time, there is always someone that knows what I need and takes the time to help and explain a solution. Keep crushing it.

Two separate employees were very cordial and helpful in finding items I was looking for. The cashier was extremely patient when my receipt was quite a bit more than I expected and helped me understand why so I was able to change out an item.

They educate you on what you need. Everyone is friendly.

Good product selection but be prepared to be unable to walk through any aisle . Product displays, barriers and lift ladder storage throughout the store

I bought a dryer yesterday at the Home Depot on I-45 and Research Drive. The customer service was I received in the appliance department and at the time of checkout was great. I will definitely be shopping there in the future.

We were greeted with a smile by Joshua. He was very knowledgeable of the merchandise we needed. His eagerness to help us made our shopping experience pleasant. He saved us time by helping find everything we needed and even made suggestions. It is employee's like Joshua that will keep us coming back to this Home Depot.
