My experiences at “my home” Home Depot is always pleasant and productive. However, I wanted to take a moment to specifically make mention of the noteworthy customer service rendered by an associate named Gayle in the paint the department. There are far too many details to capture here but the gist of the matter is after a complicated online order that had been botched several times, she made it her task to not only figure out what went wrong but how to resolve the situation. Because there isn’t a URL to take a survey for online purchases as when you have an in store receipt, I felt it was only fair to give a review to highlight what an extraordinary job this young lady did! Asked 4 people for help and they all said we can’t help at all that department the person goes home at 5 we can’t help what a way to run a company

Went to the store for some complicated large amount of paint to purchase for several situations. Gail Palmer in The Woodlands location in Paints was outstanding. She went way above and beyond in assistance in making the right choices. She is an expert.

Gail was very knowlegable and helpful regarding my DIY dryeall repair project..she told me all the things I would need went to every aisle with me..saved me miney on the drywall mix and walked me through how to do it..thank you Gail!!

The cashiers were a little bit rude but possibly just having a bad day, the floor workers were friendly and helpful.

Thank you to Cashier Mrs Deborah, she ask my daughter if she wanted to see a red light and scanned her little arm as we were paying. My daughter saw the light and jumped in excitement. She put a smile on her face which put a smile on mine. Thank you! :)

It's like a superman super hardware store. Lots of inventory.

I shop there fairly frequently for minor things, but I am always treated like my project is major. I really appreciate such an attitude from the associates. It gives me a feeling of value that my idea to do any little thing is important to them. It's really neat they are very consistently nice about helping, which really makes them a "cut above" a lot of places! Thanks!

Extremely disappointed when I called to get a receipt corrected. They charged me full price rather than sale price on item. Then when I call to get this fixed that say it can not be corrected by phone (other stores have done this). They say I must come in physically during COVID-19 and stand in a long line (which was there when a shopped earlier at the refund counter). This store is not customer friendly and has poor customer service policies....

I ordered on-line and was unable to get there to pick up the item in the time allowed. even though I never picked up the items they still sent an email thanking me for picking up the order and followed up with an electronic receipt. Usually they send a cancellation but I have had this happen at the Tomball location as well. I enjoy shopping at Home Depots but will not place any online orders at this store.

Suggest you not shop here. Make you wait to get into store. Contractor entrance closed off so if you need wood or such it will be a job getting, paying, and leaving store. Might need your safety gear as many people standing around the self pay area. Don’t visit unless you want to make a day of it and trust there is no virus in store.......

Store was open, well stocked for the items on my list and coronavirus precautions were in place.

I have been to 30 different Home Depots. This Home Depot is the best in Texas. The one on Forest in Dallas was good too but a tornado took it out. The one on Abrams is good too. The one in Galveston is Excellent. I like the one in Irving. Oh the one in Conroe is great. I never been yo a bad Home Depot. They all are great every single one of them!!!

Store was neat, very organized. It was easy to find the products I was looking for. The employees were above and beyond with help and availability, Also knowledgeable on the products as well as service oriented, which in my opinion will trump all other needs. I cant say this about all Home Depots, but this location is a site for soar eyes.

No matter what I need, I can find it and at a fair price at The Woodlands Home Depot. A handy man's DREAM. The stock is always good for my needs. Plenty of good working carts and friendly people greet you as you walk in. Wide open isles and staff near by if needed. The floors are always clean and I have never scene discarded empty boxes or debrie piled anywhere. The staff keeps you safe. When they swing into action with moving equipment, there are flaggers and audible signals to warn ahead of time. The area is closed off and opened back up as soon as possible. The store is set up and staffed for the customer experience. I appreciate a good place to shop. One stop is the way to go.........HOME DEPOT.

The store always has assistants available. The garden center associate, the paint center associate and the cashier were all very polite and helpful with my visit today and always.

This is a large store, but well organized and many signs helpful to locate items. Cashier Deborah was very friendly and showed interest and care in my purchases.
