Overall I love this Home Depot over others!

I purchased the Lakeside Hill Oak Vinyl Flooring for my whole house. It will be installed on April 25 and 26, and I am excited to get this. I will have to do an update after it is installed. I am excited it is waterproof and high traffic lifeproof. For 25 years, I have had lament flooring, although it was pretty, it was very slick when damp or wet and NOT waterproof.......I had 3 water leaks over those 25 years and ruined the areas of the floor the water touched. I would NEVER got back to Lament.

I bought pathway lights and they look amazing. They’re sturdy & bright. They add a lot to the looks of my house.

The level of stupidity and ignorance was unreal by the two boys working in the paint department. Very unsatisfied with our visit and won't be back. I have never in all my life! They need to find new jobs and know absolutely nothing about paint and stain.

If you need help picking out appliances, ask for Peggy! She's very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us through the whole process and made sure we made it out the door with everything we needed

Isaiah in paint made us laugh and took care of all our needs quickly and professionally.

This store is the most helpful and friendly store I have been too and it’s so hard to find employees so willing to help when needed

Tried to make a simple exchange for something they sold me that was opened, used and missing pieces. I got nothing but attitude from the returns desk. This is why people go to the Joplin location.

New dryer was delivered last week and works great! It drys clothes fast and no need for dryer sheets or softener as the clothes come out nice and soft. Really like the inside light and fold down door. Very happy with my new dryer.

We traveled to Pittsburg because a closer Home Depot did not have what we needed in stock. The employees were helpful and efficient. We were in and out very quickly.

I just bought a new washer and the sales lady was very helpful in my purchase in helping me to order it.

The sales associates are professional and can take you to the exact location of what I'm looking for. Even odd things to do my own fix-it project.

Brynnon helped us a lot. First he cut the wire for us, and then he helped us load the bricks in store and outside. He also was a great help to us in 2022 when we purchased two large tables and wood. He helped us load and secure those as well. Very hard worker and excellent customer service!

Had a great experience working with Crystal Aronhalt in the appliance department. If you need an appliance I recommend her.

I just purchased a log splitter at your Pittsburgh Kansas store. The employees that helped me were professional and pleasant to deal with. The cashier was probably one of the nicest I have ever dealt with, very pleasant and made a extra effort to have a conversation with me. Good customer service in my opinion.

Aidan was of great assistance and a very good attitude. This guy deserves a raise.

Lyn was an amazing consultant and walked me through the entire kitchen countertop ordering process and helped me with a sink and faucet to complete the project. He was knowledgeable, personable and had communication skills and humor! I loved working with him and want to make sure he is acknowledged as an awesome associate!

The Pittsburg, Kansas Home Depot is a great place to shop. The employees are really nice and very helpful. I always enjoy shopping there.

I’m giving a 3 star rating, but only because the cashier was very helpful and nice. The sales associates on the floor were really no help at all. They were obviously too busy in private discussion between themselves to be burdened with helping me locate the item I was looking for. I was very disappointed with this particular visit to Home Depot.

A very cold woman in management refused to honor their Price Match guarantee with $100 difference in HD price and their competitors price. No reason, wouldn't even look at us, just said"we don't do that" and left. The poor cashier was very nice but could override the horrible manager.

Though it was fairly brief when compared to the typical HD visit...this one was very pleasant! Aisles were organized with carts readily available and clean.

Needed a great deal to decorate church, staff helpful

The Christmas sales were amazing. The associates were extremely kind!

Peggy, in flooring, provided us with superior service. She went above and beyond to adjust our carpet order by contacting the contractor. Saved us $500!! She cares about her customers.
