As this is the only Home depot in the area I live in I have been disappointed on the service and will probably buy from a local lumber yard even though the prices are higher. For larger orders the lumber yard would be better.

The Pittsburg Home Depot staff are very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. I would personally like to thank the employees who assisted me today: CALEB, MAX, VAL, AND PAULA. They made my shopping experience a true pleasure. Thank you to these excellent employees.

The most unprofessional home depot location!!! They can't answer quetions about return policies and when I called the location to check on a refund the manager hung up on me.

I have been looking at stoves with not much luck. Stopped in just to look. and thanks to a Outstanding Associate I bought my new stove.

Associates are rude and do not know store policy when purchasing major appliances!

I went into this location to shop for a new washer and dryer as I have in the past. I am pleased with the large selection and the prices. However I was told they no longer keep them in stock and therefore I ordered and paid for my new washer and dryer, but it won't be delivered to my home for an entire month. I'm not so pleased about that as this is an expensive purchase and a month is a long time. I am hoping that on delivery day everything goes as I was told it should and no problems. Otherwise I am satisfied with the service I received and I am looking forward to my new purchase when it finally arrives.

Chris was a great help to my wife picking out new carpet and vinyl floor for our house remodel. service was friendly and personalized. i will come back for future needs..from Parsons .

We recently had an order that was kinda mixed up. Noah Heffernan went above and beyond what needed to be done to straighten out the order. He stayed with us for over an hour and a half until the order got right. We appreciated that!

Employees went out of their way to help locate special order items and all very helpful and friendly! We have an hour and half drive to get to this location and well worth it for the quality of the people and service and available items! Thank You all Again for your assistance!

Were erroneously told that we could not get free delivery of an appliance we ordered on Black Friday. When we arrived for pick up the department manager stated we should have had this delivered free of charge. We explained that the employee had told us that our zip code, which is 25 miles from store, did not qualify for free delivery and it would be a $79.00 charge. We opted to pick it up ourselves. Mgr said that employee didn't know what she was talking about. The customer service employee located and called for the appliance to be brought up front for delivery which took far too long. The pick up employee then told us we had to have it signed off on before we left store. After walking back across store to customer service, we were told no, it did not need to be signed off as it was a direct order. The pick-up employee then says, "wish someone would tell us what's going on around here." Very unprofessional all the way around on this transaction

The store was very busy but the service associates were very helpful but Misty was the greatest help and very very friendly.

A young man named Sean helped me with the product I bought. He didn't have to as I could have done it myself but he volunteered and was very friendly. Have always gotten good service at this store. Thank You .

Paula and Josh were very helpful! I bought a Pavestone Fire Pit Kit and they securely wrapped it on a pallet and put it in my truck, and I didn't have to lift anything! Great job!!!

If you’re needing help loading anything, do not go to this store. We have been remodeling and my husband gets a lot of lumber here and can’t ever get anyone to help him load it. Today he had a random customer help him and he helped the customer load his lumber. He asked for help from an associate twice and no one ever showed.

The items we are looking for are always easy to find. If we have a problem we can always find someone to assist us. The store is neat & clean. No clutter in the aisles. Easy to use a shopping cart or a flat cart. The associates here are friendly & want to help. Always an enjoyable trip.
