We have been remodeling our home for several years on our own. We do one room at a time during the winter months. We have bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff at the Pittsburg Home Depot. Without fail each and every time we go there, we are greeted when we go in, asked if we need assistance to find anything, and get help as needed. ALL of the employees are very friendly and extremely helpful.

Friendly sales person, helped me from start to finish

We had great help from Fawn locating the item that we were purchasing! However, it took over 30 minutes for them to get the item off the shelf and that was with Fawn going back and checking on the hold up. Thank you for providing great customer service, Fawn!

I am so thankful for the Associate, BLAINE! He was very informative and spoke on a level for the non-experienced person to understand. He walked me through my options and left the decision making up to me! He never seemed irritated that he was pulled away from what he was working on to help me with my needs. They have a keeper in his abilities and character!

Almost every Home Depot employee we passed asked us if we found everything/needed help.

I always come to Home Depot to prepare for gardening season/plants/flowers, etc. The staff has always been friendly and if they can't answer a question, they will find me an answer. We've purchased flooring, lighting, mailboxes, appliances, and even our Christmas tree at our local store and have never had any regrets. I enjoy every trip I've ever made to the Pittsburg store and just really appreciate the employees in our store.

What a great experience at this store! Daniel went above and beyond to fix an issue we had at a different Home Depot. Not only did he make it right, but we saved some money in the process. Even though we came in right before closing, staff were still friendly, patient, and went above and beyond!

Pittsburg store's return policy is not helpful to their customers and takes forever to do. First time I have had a problem in this store.

Customer service in the store is absolutely horrible I am a loyal Home Depot customer I do a lot of business in the Joplin store I absolutely dread coming to the Pittsburgh store and avoid it if I can I will drive the 45 minutes out of the way to go to the store in Joplin versus the store here in Pittsburgh I wish the Pittsburgh store would get their act together because they do stock a lot more product in the Joplin store But I hate to do business with people that don’t appreciate you doing business with them

Store was clean, aisles clearly marked, half the employees friendly and helpful enough. When the customer has been inconvenienced or put to difficulty, employees need to say, "Am sorry you're having difficulty..let me see how to solve this." Culturally, the courtesy is lacking.

The shining light of this store is Paula Duling who works in the Lawn and Garden section. She not only knows all the products in her area, but throughout the entire store. She always provides a jolly greeting and is eager to help everyone. She not only helps find products but also can provide knowledge on how to use the products or to whom would be the best to ask for assistance.

Wow! We had excellent help!! The first cashier gave us direction with a smile (I wish I had gotten her name.) Cliff in paint, showed us our choices, explained how the product worked and what he thought was best! Chris- cashier, guided us how to get all we need and called for help for us for both large items we needed with a smile. Gage- checked each board before she loaded it on the cart. Bill offered help unloading the cart and getting the fencing we needed. He checked each section before he loaded it. All the employees were kind, helpful, and smiled!!!!

Definitely need more help and help that understands your products. For the first several years the store was open, staff asked if you needed help, knew the products and were "around". It's like a ghost town. I hope the store can get back there now that we are a bit post-COVID.

Not able to return an item with a receipt that was purchased there and not willing to check into why?????

If there were other options, I'd gladly use them. A few staff are knowledgeable, most have no idea what the store has, sells, does, or offers. I've lost track of how many times I have helped a flustered customer who was getting no help from an employee. So often, there is no one on the clock who is qualified to drive a forklift, making large load-outs much more difficult. I miss Emily Ann, probably a college student who was always helpful.

The staff was very helpful answering questions about the mower I was getting ready to purchase... when the sales clerk did not know the answer to the question I had he called his supervisor outside to help... We both learned something.. oh and I purchased the Toro ZTR...

I think this store does very well. The only area I see for improvement, from my perspective, is making sure customers in the lawn an garden area have the carts they need, and the extra teller when the area starts getting backed-up with customers. Otherwise the associates are very friendly, and helpful.
