I love this store! I recently moved from the Kansas City area and I’d have to say not only is the employees at this store nice but they go above and beyond just doing their jobs! We had 2 employees, 1 on the floor to assist with items on the shelf and the other employee at the cash register. The man helped us with picking out the right drill for the job at hand, also he showed us a drill that was more than half off the price that we was looking at and the woman at the register gave us a $25 discount beings we don’t use our credit card very often and we had to reapply for a new one which didn’t get instantly approved but she gave us the $25 discount anyways. I have to say that the people here in Pittsburg, KS is a lot more nicer than people from the Kansas City area

They hire kids but they seem lazy.

I went to buy a slide in wall oven and had a few questions about specifications. The associate was very helpful and helped me choose the right oven for my space. It was a quick trip and I felt pleased about my purchase. He even walked me to the front register to make sure I got the discounted price. A very nice experience!

Employee was very good, delivery and set-up was great, both gentleman were knowledgeable, got us set up in a matter of time, great job!!

The last shopping trip was really great. I know Pittsburg state university has a construction degree and that homedepot hire many students in their store. I have also always had good customer service in the paint department.

The staff at Pittsburg are most helpful. Sean, Sara, Brian, and Diana helped me with a problem with a mower a few days ago. Sean is always willing to help load items, and I never see him standing around. Sara, at checkout, is most friendly and helpful. Diana goes out of her way to assist wherever needed. The only complaint I have is when I call I get transferred to a department and no one picks up. I was so frustrated with the situation I asked for management and the phone rang 15-20 times with no answer.

We love shopping at the Pittsburg Home Depot. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Paula in the Garden Center, has great ideas, is very creative and always has a smile. Sean, who works in the rest of the store, is also very helpful and always asks if he can help or offers to help load our materials. We will defiantly continue shopping at this store. We were able to find all the items we were looking for during this trip to the store and it is always very clean.

They are very friendly and try to help the customers to find appropriate item along with the right location. They also help to install certain item as well.

Store isles were blocked (not with customer items) making it difficult to move product through store. Received zero help loading lots of heavy items. (Entire house of flooring and bathroom sink vanity) .Clerk was helpful and I did get some help loading in the parking lot..

I stated in a survey that I would not be likely to shop this Home Depot Store soon, but that is a matter of geography as opposed to any concern with store associates or product lines. I was disappointed that the DeWalt Pin Nailer was not in stock, but that gives me something to look forward to next time I visit my usual Wichita store.

I love going to Home Depot in Pittsburg. Every employee I have interacted with has either answered my question or found someone who did. They are always courteous and friendly and take time to solve my problem and help me load my purchases. I shop there a lot. Their service is second to none.

We recently relocated to this area and we are very pleased with "our" new Home Depot and find the customer service to be exceptional!

Very busy that day. Everyone seems to flock to the ONE place you can purchase everything you need for literally anything you're planning to build. I'll be back!

Great people and very helpful

I called the store to order a range over the phone as I live 100+ miles away. They let me know of the process and when to expect my range to be available. Got same online price and the associate was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. There was no I" don't have any idea" or "I don't know" answers to my questions.

We have received good service from the employees. We especially like working with Shelby.

Before this store opened we had to drive some 30 miles to Joplin, MO, to shop at a Home Depot store. We have shopped at the Pittsburg, KS, store about once a month since it opened. It is convenient and has the materials we need for home repairs and upgrades, plus appliances if we need those. The employees are helpful when we cannot find things or when we need help loading something into the truck,

Excellent selection, great prices and helpful employees

I shop here often, always have received professional help and advice. I've feel that my little bit of business actually matters to the store. They always offer to help me load which is much appreciated.

This store is far above other home centers and even far above other Home Depot stores. It is clean well stocked and most of all has plenty of educated and friendly staff and help with checking out. I personally despise self check out and many Home Depots are going this route. I will not shop them.

The store was the cleanest Home Depot I have ever been in. The store employees were very helpful and answered all my questions.
