Ordered on line at 3 pm, drove 30 miles after work and arrived at 5 pm--my purchase was ready for pickup. Can't beat that!

Help was paged over 5 times to assist us with lumber. After waiting for help after 45 minutes, we finally had to climbed and load and unload 80 each pieces of lumber ourselves, this was a safety violation. If we hadn't traveled so far, and needed items for helpers this weekend, we would have left and went elsewhere. Seriously need help as this was a Saturday afternoon! We weren't the other ones that had to assist themselves several other customers experienced same as ourselves.

The employees were friendly and polite and they were prompt at loading my purchase!!

Day employees are awesome. Especially Sean. He helps out no matter where I am in the store. The night cre is awfully and I will not shop there except during day hours thanks to your friendly day crew!

While the employee who helped me with an estimate on flooring was very helpful, the final bid came in 50% higher than the estimtate. I expected a variance, but I am very disappointed in the final bid. I'll likely have to shop elsewhere.

Super clean well organized store. Very helpful employees, especially mr don bailey. He went above and beyond to make sure we was happy and had exactly what we needed.

Waited at register to return item over 5 min while employee stood talking to her friend right there. Several employees stood around and watched me load lumber onto cart and not a one offered to help me load lumber. Store manager and most employees are a joke.

This Home depot is always clean, always has enough employee's to help their customers. It is nice to see friendly employee's when you walk in and around the store.

needs new paint dept employees ..... other then that its all we have so we are stuck unless we want to travel

The washing machine introduced to me on the internet was not on store display, and delivery was not available until 4 weeks after purchase. I am withholding judgement on the overall purchase until delivery and setup is accomplished. The salesperson (Ashlyn) was friendly and helpful under the circumstances and facilitated the transaction with alacrity.

This store is a pretty average or possibly below average Home Depot. They know that they have the market cornered in the area so they don't have to care that much. I would highly recommend not ordering something online for pickup if you'll be picking up more than 5 items. The store's pick team is one of the worst I've seen in all of retail. They don't pick the order completely and send you home missing items that you paid for. This happens 100% of the time I pickup more than 5 items. Unfortunately I have to pay with a credit card that is virtual so I have to order online and pickup in store. The only redeeming factor of this store is the assistant manager Matt - he's the real deal, nice, always asks how I'm doing and the project is going. 7/5 for Matt 0/5 for the rest of the store

Clean, and really ORGANIZED.

Garden associate Hayden should not be working with the general public. Unprofessional and rude for absolutely no reason. I do not understand how an employee that is so abusive to customers is still employed.

Pittsburg Home Depot has it going on. Customer service is great and always has someone to help load. I do wish they had a way to train some others stores how to treat customers ( like Joplin Missouri), not naming any names. I have ordered online with no hassles and picked up at store ( won’t do in Joplin again). In store shopping is always fun. Is not a negative feeling in the store for me. And if anybody has any issues I am positive if you talk to the manager it WILL get fixed.

Today stopped at the HD in Pittsburg, KS. Store is always clean and well stocked. Employees are always very pleasant and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at the large stock of sanitizer, disinfectant spray, disinfectant wipes, and and masks available. The main thing that would improve my satisfaction would be for customers to leave large pets at home. I understand service dogs, but today these were large barking pets with no designation as a service dog. It would also be nice if all customers would be considerate and wear a mask.

Excellent customer service witha smile. I always receive the best customer service from the professional staff Elise, Katie, Joe and Sean. They always made me feel welcomed every time i shopped at this store since we arrived to Kansas for a construction job. Thanks a million!

You need to have items in stock, it appears you do not carry major items in this store. In some cases you have to wait as long as 60 days before you can get items

I have bought garage doors, air compressors, washing machines, and all sorts of lumber and tools. Every purchase has left me very satisfied

Really helpful staff, even when I'm not sure myself what I need, always has something that can solve my problem, and I love the pointsettias on black friday.

This store was well stocked. The employees were courteous. Crystal in the flooring department was fantastic, knowledgeable and super helpful!
