Not only interacted with friendly,knowledgeable employee,they actually guided me to the items I needed as opposed to saying isle 7 or 8 etc..Good example of customer Satisfaction vs customer Dissatisfaction thanks for pleasant shopping experience.

I bought what I needed for my home improvement with the help of a professional team of experts.

I have choices on where to buy materials, tools but choose this store for all of their helpful, courteous and knowledgeable staff and better quality in many cases

I work for a corporate organization the uses Home Depot and HD Supply. We spend money in this store and online and of the hundres of times I have been in this store, they usually have what I need in stock or at least hiding on a top shelf somewhere. The missing star is due to the employees care for the customers. It's nearly impossible to get service in this store without hunting someone down and asking for it and then they have to call someone and that person might show up before you have to go back on a hunt for service.

Cheryce, in appliances, is knowledgeable, understanding and efficient. Made the process of appliance selection, payment options, and delivery and installation scheduling very smooth. And she was a pleasure to work with!

After finding the right person, Funke, I knew we were in good hands. Needed help with ordering countertops and kitchen appliances. Funke processed my order for countertops and appliances. She was detailed and very helpful. Felt good with the service we received. Great experience. We be back.

Store workers Les and Jessica got me hooked up with a replacement Webber grill after the old one failed on (of all days) Memorial day. The cookout that afternoon went without a hitch. Thanks guys.

I recently visited Home Depot, and I must say that I was impressed with their service and selection. The store was clean and well-organized, making finding what I was looking for easy. The staff was also very helpful and knowledgeable, which made my shopping experience much more enjoyable.

I want to thank Margaret at the Williamsburg Home Depot for willingly going above and beyond to help me this morning with my shipping order. I interrupted her already busy schedule and found that she had to wade through approx 1500 incoming shipment products in Receiving just to find my 1 gallon Bonide insect spray. I was appreciative and highly impressed by her passion to meet quality customer care satisfaction. This is a big reason that I continue to buy all of my home goods at this location. Thank you!! Bill

ALWAYS RECEIVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM STORE STAFF. SELF CHECKOUT IS THE EASIEST TO USE AND BEST EXPERIENCE OF ALL THE MAJOR HARDWARE SUPPLY CHAINS (ESPECIALLY FOR MILITARY DISCOUNTS).

I'VE SHOPPED AT HOME DEPOT'S IN HAMPTON, NEWPORT NEWS AND WILLIAMSBURG FOR TWENTY-TWO YEARS. HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO HELP.

We were helped by Funke in the appliance department. Funke was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable about kitchen appliances and answered all of our questions. They have a good selection and have the quickest delivery time versus other appliance stores we visited. We will definitely look for her if we make future purchases in this department!

I needed a new refrigerator and made a visit to Home Depot Williamsburg. I was not disappointed , they had numerous choices with lots of options. My Sales Associate, Kyle, was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. The delivery / set up tech, Darrien, was friendly, quick and professional and went over the refrigerator features. I will be back at Home Depot for any future appliance needs. Thank you

We have recently had two major shopping experiences at the Williamsburg Home Depot. First to purchase flooring for our river cottage and next to choose and purchase appliances for same. Both times we had excellent sales people who were knowledgeable and courteous. They were patient and mannerly and made us happy to be shopping with them.

It's been ages since we've received the type of customer service offered at the Williamsburg Home Depot--Lisa & Quinn both are exceptional employees. Look for them the next time you're shopping there. You'll be amazed at their knowledge, eagerness to offer customer satisfaction, and effort to make your experience a great one.

Great saw, works great. VERY HARD to find free rolling stand. Dewalt needs to have a better supply of rolling stands on hand, especially on a Black Friday sale.

I visit Home Depot with particular plants or flowers in mind and I end up walking around outside and then up and down the aisles inside because everything is so fresh and pretty, and there is such a variety. More often then not, I end up buying more than I intended ... and I never regret it. I continue to enjoy the beauty and harvest from my garden and flower containers!

3 employees at my store (Kandi, Mike, Ryan) went out of their way to help find, unload abd load my item in the sweltering heat. Kandi was amazing on the co.puter, Mike was amazing on tbe forklift and Ryanwas awesome loading into my car in the hot sun, even when i asked him if he wanted me to move it into the shade! Ryan was extremely conscientious of the product how it was loaded and his job in general

Richard in hardware was very courteous and helpful. Rhis positive attitude made my entire shopping experience more pleasant!!
