We visited Home Depot to purchase a new dishwasher. Due to manufacturing issues: choices of product and delivery times were delayed. Linda Guntharp, Appliance Specialist went out of her way to help us. Her time with us was very much appreciated. Linda is a great asset to the Home Depot family. Thank you Linda!

The employees are very pleasant and helpful. Mary in appliances is a joy. I was able to make my purchase and leave satisfied.

Great Customer Service!! Stock plentiful. We rode from Mechanicsville, VA to the Williamsburg, VA store to get an item not around here.

Warning No Masks- required but not really. Some employees and customers ( not old, young, healthy looking) without masks and HD does nothing to enforce mask use. I went to front desk and was told they were not supposed to say anything to customers without mask. Signage is a joke/ hidden announcing mask required. Had employee by the front door with mask pulled down whole time I was there, had to pass to enter. Service at checkout was great. Just be aware the corporate announcement requiring masks on employees and county requirement for customers to wear masks is not require in this store. Be careful.

Linda Guntharp is an awesome associate - personable, friendly, and kind. She encouraged us to shop around to get the best price, we did, and eventually returned; she remembered our names!

I have been shopping at your Williamsburg, VA store for several years and have never had a bad experience until recently. During my last visit, I noticed several shoppers in the store not wearing masks. Although this had no effect on my shopping experience, it was a little unnerving .

I have never been so disappointed in customer service in my life. I was trying to get help with getting a product. The Assistant Manager told two other employees to go get the door and bring it out front. After waiting for more then twenty minutes, the two men came back empty handed and when the Assistant Manager asked where the door was there reply was "oh you wanted that up here?" After getting even more frustrated the Assistant Manager asked me to go into the back with the two young men to get the door. Once in the back the two men tried to argue with me and tried to give me a door that I knew was not mine due to the name on the order. After arguing for about ten minutes they finally agreed to load the correct door. When we where trying to load the door the men where not cooperating and in return we could not load the door in a cart. After trying several times with no progress I was getting very angry and the Store Manager herd what was going on and stepped in to help. The Store Manager was also not able to cooperate in loading the door the first time and on the second try we where able to get the door on the cart finally. The Store Manager offered me ten percent off my next purchase after he learned of the frustrating time that I have had. When I came back at the time that the Store Manager told me to to get the discount on my order I soon learned that he had left an hour earlier. I have never been so frustrated. I have never met people that could not do such a simple job before in my life. I will never be going back to this store ever again. You will only encounter incompetent people.

I can't say enough about the awesome assistance we received from Appliance Specialist Linda Guntharp. She helped us buy a refrigerator by answering all of our questions, being knowledgeable about the products, and showing patience as we began the purchasing process. She will be the reason that I go back to Home Depot for other purchases!

I was in the store to purchase mini blinds. When I attempted to go down the aisle it was blocked off due to precautions measures. I inquired and was told I could enter the area by sliding the gate, she was finished in this area. I was a not impressed with this, but I did so and picked out by blinds. I than asked another associate if I could have the blinds cut. This associate immediately called to have someone cut my blinds. She explained the manager was coming, she was upfront with another customer. She than helped me with an area rug I was also purchasing. Extremely helpful and professional. The manager comes and starts to cut the blinds. She was called away however another associate finished the cutting. This associate was just as professional and customer friendly. She carried my blinds and rug to the front, so I could pay for the purchase. The cashier was efficient and patient. I was offered an opportunity to save $50 on my purchase. For some reason the transaction was not accepting my email address, she tried several times. She called for assistance and processed the application. Upon arriving there I did not think my experience was going well, but by the time I left the store I was satisfied and happy with my purchase and experience. I want to thank the Manager for her recommendation for the cutting of the blinds. My blinds fit perfect.Thanks Ladies for your time and patience!!!!

Convid-19 has made this place very crowded since Gov.Northam made 2nd faze opening this Fri.6/5 . People were catching up on spring planting being late everywhere! Now this store has blown up in sales now, I am happy to be a little part of that.

The store is clean and nearly put together, most of all , good customer service .Prices are reasonable, great place to shop. Love it.

I've made many trips to this store since moving to the area 2 years ago. The store is always clean, inside and out, the employees are friendly and helpful. What impresses me most about the CSR's is when I ask where a certain product is located: They don't tell me the aisle number, they lead the way and show me where the item is located on the shelf. This is My Store!

Great Customer Service! A+, the product I was looking for was a great price. Assistance was exceptional. The store was very clean.

Great location. As always, Had everything I needed. Item locations are well marked and easy to find. Assistance is always close by and helpful. I have never seen this store unclean. It is well managed.

II found the plant I wanted drove down to Williamsburg because I like this store best. Most of the people are real nice and helpful, I use to live in Williamsburg, Va. Stephanie helped me she was so nice. I did not go in t he store this time I was in the outside plants. Stephanie was so very helpful.

I recently shopped at the Home Depot in Williamsburg (This is a weekly occurrence) to replace my Backyard Grill that had finally reached its end of service. From research I knew the product I wished to replace my grill with and this store had these in stock. Unfortunately, all of the for sale units were on the high storage shelves which I knew would complicate the purchase. Not So - as I encountered Rosalyn in that department who simply found a way to get the grill from the high storage even with a staff shortage which meant she had to be inventive and resourceful. In a matter of 15 minutes, I had my purchase ready to go and on my cart - This is service

Love this store

I like shopping at The Home Depot store in Williamsburg. It is always clean, organized well, and the employees are generally very helpful.

Customer service here is great. HD has obviously put time and effort into training their employees and making them feel valued. I shop here weekly, and recently, daily. I don’t have to go far to find someone to help me. Lowe’s is right next door and their customer service does not compare. The store is clean and well stocked. Every shelf is neat and the employees are always engaged.

Very helpful staff and they helped load up my truck with all my purchases.
