Any lawn related questions, go see Doggie. She's a wealth of information and very kind to explain in detail (more than once if needed)

The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars is because of employee ANTHONY S. I went to buy a natural gas grill and the first 2 employees could not be bothered to find the grill that happened to be in another section of the store. I mentioned that the web said they had 2 in stock and they replied that the web is wrong. Again, ANTHONY S. stepped in, found my grill and saved the sale for this store. Hunt him down for great customer service otherwise you might as well go to another store.

Sales person named Kelly was the best we've ever had at this type store. We'll certainly be back soon.

Lee in the tool rental department provided excellent customer service. He removed an old nozzle was was stubbornly stuck to my garden hose. Thank you Lee!

This Coit Road Store is well stocked. I like to go there because the store usually has what I am looking for and the people there are very friendly.

While overall this store has been very good to me, the Store Manager has implemented a store policy that has his employees calling customers to let them know they have a store pickup to make, even though the customer has already gotten an email from HD.COM about this. The problem is that the Store Manager chose to ignore this fact, and had an employee call me and rudely tell me to pick up my item! I was told that the store was "overstocked" and I needed to pick up my item ASAP. If the Store Manager wants to do things this way, he does NOT need to have an employee call me and be rude, what he needs to do is send me an email, politely explain the situation, and give me a final pickup date.

Anthony assisted us the minute we got thru the doorway. Hands down THE BEST customer service we have received at any Home Depot we have ever shopped at (and we live down in central Texas).

I bought new cabinets for my new kitchen after being helped by Jerra at the kitchen design station in Home Depot on Coit. It was an efficient and pleasant experience!! I love this particular location. It's clean and tidy associates are so friendly. Today Ken helped mme and my husband find the specific ceramic tiles, appropriate grout and accessories we needed for the bathroom renovation in no time. He's so friendly and knowledgeable. Do not hesitate to ask for him should you need the same service.

This store is my favorite Home Depot. I always love to look for the clearance endcap and have found many great deals. The employees are helpful and Sandrina the cashier always has a smile on her face! Nice to end a shopping trip with a friendly face rather than one with a frown.

This is one of the friendliest stores I've ever shopped at. In almost 10 years I've never had a problem with finding someone to help me find something or answer a question.

I am writing to tell you about my recent visit ti the Home Depot at 2220 N. Coit rd. My husband and I shop HD on a regular basis. Our preferred store is the one on Jupiter at Buckingham in Garland. We are renovating my 93 year old father’s home which is 10 minutes away from the Coit HD. My husband will usually shop there instead of driving to the garland store. I do also, on occasion, when time is short. In the last 5 months I have had one employee help me in a positive way. The rest of the visits have been a nightmare. The latest was on Sat.19th. I went in to buy a patio door, shower door and wood. After waiting 25 min. and finding no help I went to ask for the store manager for help. He could not find anyone either so he agreed to help me. He did also chastise me for coming in at the worst possible time on the busiest day of the week. My daughter could not believe he said that, but that is what I have come to expect from that HD. I did receive great help from Jerra earlier with the shower door. And the young black woman with the short hair was nice also. I have to say that was unusual for the store. Anyway, we went to pick up the patio door and I explained in detail exactly which side I want to open. I told Brian that from the outside I wanted to enter through the right side and from inside it would be the left. My daughter was with me and watched as I explained. We needed to get it right as one side is patio and one side dirt/ Brian went to the man working in that department ( he was there at that time)and asked him his opinion to make sure it was correct. I once again explained what I needed. He agreed that Brian had the right door. I took it home to have it installed, and worked in another part of the house while it was being installed. When I went out, it was the wrong door. Of course , it was too late to change it. We had to pay for installing a door that just wasn’t right. Now we will have to add a deck over the dirt, at great expense. I immediately called the manager and told him and there was a silence followed by, “ I’m sorry.” Not what can i do to make this work or any other suggestion. I have worked in retail and services all my life, and I sure always took responsibility for my mistakes or those of my employees. That store needs to have managers and employees such as those in the Garland store.

I used to shop at this store all the time when I lived nearby. I am moving back and thought of Home Depot for my appliances immediately. Adin and Essence were most helpful to me as I expected.

The associates in the Appliance Dept. were very helpful. They gave me pertinent advice and processed my order in no time.
