I love this store. After a night of Pinterest pinning, I come to Home Depot for my supplies. The store is orderly, the staff friendly, it's great!

My husband and I have been to this Home Depot many times and we keep going back, because the staff members there are so helpful and very patient with all of our questions!

If you want customer support and you are a female , Do not go to this store. You will end up wasting a lot of time running around trying to find what you need. Not worth the effort when you can go somewhere else where they are happy to help and find your items.

My experience buying a microwave with side pieces to go over an oven had been very frustrating until I started to work with Home Depot. I was impressed by CeCe's knowledge and understanding of what I needed. She was able to help me order what I needed and explain the installation process while saving me a little extra money. I will go back.

Associates are always very helpful and knowledgeable regardless of area they are located in. Very friendly even when just passing by.

Overall, good experience. The associate helped me load a couple bags of mulch. He carefully picked the mulch bag that was not broken.

On multiple visits to this store I have been falsely accused by the mgr on duty (MOD) of criminal activity when simply trying to purchase items on clearance at the current clearance price that they ring up at. In reality the store employees should be removing clearance items from the shelf at the end of the clearance markdown schedule but with their failure to do so if a customer ends up attempting to purchase the product that is on the shelf it is not the fault of the customer but rather of the HD employees. To be falsely accused of criminal activity on multiple occasions and threatened by store mgmt with calling the police for simply trying to purchase an item that is readily accessible on the shelf is not typical of my experiences at any of the other HD stores I have ever shopped at. Unfortunately it seems to be a pattern at this location.

Even in Texas where everyone is usually friendly and helpful, there are still some people who stand out from the rest, and Bob in Electrical, ex-Air Force, stood out. In a store like that, everyone is busy doing something, and you hate to bother someone while they're working to ask for help, so it's always appreciated when someone stops to ask you if you need help. On of that, Bob was friendly and a real pleasure to talk to. When every store has everything, it's the people who work there that make the difference.

The store was clean and organized, sales personnel were very friendly and they know what to advise to clients.

I would recommend this store because it's really the only store close to me, but if it were the only Home Depot in the area, I'd probably shop elsewhere. I live right down the street from Lowe's, however, they don't have the products you do.

Electrical employees have been very helpful with my efforts to disconnect a chandelier and subsequent efforts to install a ceiling fan with light kit. Every department has been helpful. I've been using this (far north Dallas) Home Depot since they opened. When I bought sheet-rock, I had to rent a truck--and the rental section was very helpful, as was the kind, strong, young, guy who loaded it into my rental HD truck bed (while I watched--yes-impressed & amazed--since I cannot even move one full size sheet all by myself!), the wood section allowed me to cut down a few pieces of molding for my baseboard trim-since it wouldn't fit safely into my Honda trunk, even with the seats folded down--and the pieces hanging out the trunk but marked with yellow tape and a red flasher--(which I also conveniently purchased while at HD), the paint section--oh my--they must each have the patience of Job--as I've purchased lots of paint--Ralph Lauren, Martha Stewart, and Behr-all custom whites, reds, yellows, and greens (haha); the plumbing section employees have helped me numerous times for external and internal repairs--and even when the exact piece is not found due to crazy antiquated plumbing contrivances-the HD plumbing section employees have shown me component options to purchase--saving me hundreds of dollars hiring an expert who would have run into the same problems, and enabled completing the repairs at a fraction of the cost, with professional-outstanding-and confident results; the fan and lighting section has helped me numerous times and I really appreciate the two very kind, helpful electrical experts. I also order stuff on line-frequently. About three years ago, I worked with Home Depot to replace almost all appliances in my Mother's kitchen and utility room. I was impressed with employees in-the-store and also with delivery and installation employees knowledge, kindness, positive attitudes, and helpful customer service. When Mom's new washer had a problem, and GE couldn't repair it within three or four weeks, or a month--due to their GE schedule, and yet my Mom needed a functioning washing machine within two days for her safety in good health and welfare, HD sent their own delivery staff out the next day and quickly exchanged the problematic washing machine. Before purchasing, I do a lot (really) of research of each product on line, so I also sincerely appreciate HD's excellent website! Advance "website" research made a recent replacement of an existing wall mount oven, with a new Maytag double oven electric range, a much faster and even "pleasant" ordering experience. I enjoyed and appreciated the kitchen and appliance section service. Once I had everything figured out, I still wanted to meet with a representative to insure that I was making the right decision and also to accomplish ordering in a secure manner, with their assistance. Once inside my nearby HD, I met with the friendly, kind, bright, cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable kitchen appliance representative and quickly purchased and set up the delivery date. Altogether, I'm very appreciative of Home Depot. My favorite stores include my (most often used) north Dallas #5604 Home Depot, Southlake #587, and Marble Falls #514, Texas. My experiences in every department--painting, staining, wood, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fans, flooring, kitchen and home appliances, and also the wonderful HD garden section--have been positive! I've appreciated the kind, helpful, expertise, and guidance from all of their employees, and especially appreciate the many employees who share their professional knowledge and expertise in the field, and bring their knowledge of construction requirements and details, to HD in representing, explaining, and helping provide customers with products that have the features they need. My experience of HD customer service has been "Great"! I'm thankful to the many employees with kind, positive attitudes, who have provided helpful guidance and service, and thus, helped me accomplish important projects and repairs for my Mother's home and for mine. :)

This is one of the better HD locations I've shopped at. It's clean and organized and I don't have to look to hard to find help if the need should arise. I've ended up at the customer service desk for a couple of swap outs and returns and have never had an issue.

I came in to purchase a new house key. Consuelo was quick to help me. I found the perfect key and im so happy!

This HD store doesn't even show up on Google maps, or it didn't when I looked. I happened to be at Target across the street and didn't find what I needed there, and noticed this HD across the street. All the other HD stores I've been in had rude, unprofessional employees. I mean, they see a customer coming for help and they RUN to the backs of the stores! Not at this location...they asked if you need help as soon as you walk in the door, and other employees smiled and looked at me as I passed them, instead of running and hiding in the rear of the stores.

The store was clean the lady manager was more helpful that the other attendants

There is a problem with the inventory keeping at Home Depot. I am pretty sure it is a system wide problem because I have spoken to store associates about it and they say there is a computer program doing all the ordering. The problem is that items are listed as in stock online eg. 6 available, but when you get to the store there is nothing on the shelf or the store associate cannot find the item. I have had this problem 3 times in the last month on different items.

the store seemed to be well stocked the tool and landscaping displays were well done and the store is always clean the personal are always available with a good attitude.
