I needed a nice plant for a gift and Home Depot had the perfect solution. The 10" potted planter has 7 plants in it and is perfect for sun to part sun. It's a little cool out at night yet so it is in the screen porch for now. I would highly recommend this Home Depot garden center.

It’s too easy to use the wrong pro account. Measures need to be taken when using pro account. Someone is using my account by simply typing my cell number. I receive receipts tied to my email that are not mine. Please change pro account requirements .

I usually find everything I need at times but like any other store they don't carry the full assortment that I want. They treat veterans really good.

Great customer service. I had 3 employees help me look for various items inside the store and in the garden center. Payton gave me the best customer service. He asked if I found what I was looking for and I said yes, but could he tell me where I can find this certain item. He looked it up for me and told me which aisle it would be. I had stopped by the patio sets, when Payton came back with 2 of the items I wanted! He saved me a trip to another aisle. I appreciated that.

Our items we purchased had to be ordered! We were provided great great service by Katie and later on by Paul from the appliance department. Excellent service and knowledge!

In shopping throughout the store I was greeted a half dozen times I’m an avid shopper so I have very limited questions on location of items or availability. I was given exceptional service while checking the Paint colors by Doris she helped me understand the tinting process and gave me several options for my needs . Please hire many more people with her enthusiasm and knowledge.

I began shopping at Home Depot because I needed an air conditioner and Home Depot offers a military discount. I am a renter and don't often need home improvement supplies, but I continue to shop Home Depot over other stores for a lot of products that I use regularly. I appreciate the ease of online ordering and have shopped online for shipping, home delivery, and store pickup. All options are very convenient for me. I love the prices, quality products, options for in store or online shopping, excellent options for pickup or delivery, and overall consistently great service!

I purchased a refrigerator during the Labor Day sale. Kathy was the sales associate in the appliance department. She is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I would 100% recommend.

Train installation/delivery people better so they actually install it right when people pay to have that done so it doesn't break down the first time somebody uses it cuz they don't put it together right and then can't use it for the next week until somebody can actually come again again super unacceptable if any kind of scenario whatsoever and then once again not even find out when those people are going to come until literally the night before and could come at any time in the next day whatsoever no matter if you are able to be there or not unfortunately and if you're not then you got to wait a whole another week again completely customer service unacceptable in every way not anything like your company used to be since I've been buying appliances 20 years ago that's mentioned delivery should check the product especially when it's being delivered for a second time to make sure it's not broken before it actually comes and then find out then it is I'll say it one last time once again completely unacceptable in any scenario whatsoever for any kind of customer in any scenario deliver a new sentence pot appliance that has just been purchased one thing for it to come that way but another thing for it to come one time okay and then the next time broken for some reason and had it not been checked when it got delivered the second time to make sure everything was still okay before you came to deliver it

One guy in the whole store knew how to set up a measurements appointment. He was busy for two hours.

Wonderful shopping experience, my cashier, Frances was helpful and efficient in checking me out. Very pleasant.

The store is clean, wide isles and has a welcoming atmosphere.

I purchased some Milwaukee tool products. At checkout, the employees were engaged with each other, but hardly recognized i was there. All three were certainly not focused on me or other customers checking out. Too busy gabbing to each other.

RANDY HIS KNOWLEDGE ON ALL PHASES OF REMOLDING EXTREMELY POLITE AND FRIENDLY HE SHOULD BE IN CHARGE OF A STORE OR ATLEAST A ASSISTANT GREAT WHITH CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES DURING EVERY VISIT AND WE ALL KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT LIKEBIT USED TO BE BUT HES JUST A GREAT EMPLOYEE THEY ARE LUCKY TO HAVE HIM !!

This is the best Home Depot as the crew knows their stuff and where to direct you if you need direction.

Was very impressed with my salesman, Paul. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable.

Staff will call for assist if they were not able to solve or answer a question.

I have found more and more that this store does not carry an item I am looking for and am forced to go to a different store or location. I have been very surprised that HD has not remodeled this store EVER and expanded the business is there.

Every time I come to this Home Depot, they have what I need. Also, they usually have someone who has enough experience to help make correct buying decisions.

They were so smiley and my cashier. Jennifer was very helpful and helping me get my military discount.
