Store is very small limited selection, but has most common items in stock. Customer service is always great.

Today we were assisted by two young men, Stephen and Tim. We really appreciated their help, both about the product as well as loading our new grill into our vehicle.

I needed to figure out exactly what parts I needed for an appliance purchase to install it in my home. After researching on the web, I really wanted to work with a product expert. Marsha in the appliance area of the Menomonee Falls store was FANTASTIC! She listened all my needs and issues, contacted both her installation team and the manufacturer, helped me locate the specific part I needed, and together we determined I should have my own contractor do the installation. (The issue was a gas drier that needed to vent out the side and at the same time have a new vent installed in the side of my house due to using a pedestal under the drier where the prior unit did not use one). She really took the time to help me over the course of nearly an hour. During that time, she make sure other customers who needed help had other store associates take care of them. I really could not have asked for more. It was a major appliance purchase and I really appreciated her expert help. Bravo! Overall, I shop regularly at this store and have always had great experiences, ranging across most all of the departments and a variety of home needs. This experience underscores why I enjoy shopping her. Great people who take pains to serve their customers.

I have a home depot much closer to me but I choose to come to this one because of the staff and overall experience of this location.

I ordered doors and Antione Alexander helped me through the process. He was very knowledgeable and well versed with Home Depot’s ordering system, which made the whole process a breeze. He has an awesome positive personality that will bring me back to that store.

The two staff members that assisted my wife and I were knowledgeable and passionate about their work. I felt that they sincerely cared about our bathroom remodel project. Marlene sold us a vanity. She took the time to show us several ideas and added her personal experience as well. She told us to talk with Doris in the paint department. Doris was very informative as she educated us on color shades. Those are two very valuable employees!!

I bought paint yesterday and the color turned out horribly bright on my bathroom walls. I brought my paint in, and Doris and Brian in the paint department were friendly, funny, and patient as they helped me adjust my paint color to my liking. Great experience there today!

The Menomonee Falls Home Depot is a really nice clean orderly store. Employees are very helpful and very friendly. The selection of indoor plants is awesome. Very beautiful and healthy.

I purchased carpeting and had an excellent experience. The prices are fair, the selection is tremendous, and especially Faith was son nice and helpful. The installation was included too. The install crew were on time, courteous, and did an excellent job. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

I am generally not a fan of Home Depot, however on this trip I needed some help with some flooring materials, specifically leveling compound that I am not familiar with. I got help from a very nice lady who seemed to have the knowledge that I needed to point out the correct product. It worked perfectly as she suggested. I wish I could remember her name so she could get the recognition she deserves. Thank you
