My wife picked up a multitool blade for me while she was shopping. Employee gave her a retuned product with two burned up blades that were placed back out for sale. I returned to the store and was told just to grab another one.

I have purchased over 5,000 feet of lap siding this past summer. It was delivered when they said and within the time frame promised

I had many great experiences at this store.

Price of product was great; getting assistance to get it into my van was terrible. I ended up loading the product into my van by myself. Be prepared to wait for assistance or bring a friend to assist.

We bought a fridge. A fridge is a fridge. The sales people are friendly and seem willing to answer questions which is much appreciated. Also the store is clean and well stocked - ALSO much appreciated. I WAS sad that an item I wanted was online only, but I saved myself $35 by not getting it! : D

Our salesperson, Marsha, was absolutely terrific. She answered all our questions, addressed any concerns we had & made our shopping experience great. We’ve purchased many appliances from this store & always return when we’re in need of replacements.

We are doing our Kitchen project as far as Painting the cabinets and countertops.We meet with Doris in the paint dept and she gave us great advice on what to use and great ideas!Thanks again Home Depot not to mention great pricing on items and above all Knowledgeable Employees!

We just bought a house and so I have been coming here every day. I have never met a crew so collectively helpful and pleasant! It's not just one nice employee who makes my day but all of the employees truly make my experience here wonderful. It is so hard to find good help and nice people who take an interest in their customers and do what they can to help instead of sitting back on their phones and collecting a paycheck. Great leadership and customer service!

We came in about two weeks ago and purchased all new appliances. Very kind, knowledgeable staff at that visit, and never was feeling “up-sold” at any point in time.and while my husband was handling that portion, I found an associate in flooring to inquire about obtaining a bid for install (again no pressure and no “up selling”. We only moved to Wisconsin recently, and I frequented the Home Depot back in Indiana because of the amazing staff and it’s clear that it’s a company-wide attitude, because this crew had it in spades!

I purchased some paint and stain today. And had Doris assist with this purchase. Doris is good people!!❤️. Clean and efficient store. Cashier/ self check out lady also very helpful full!!

We were trying to match a paint color on our kitchen cabinets and it was proving to be more difficult that expected. Doris in the paint department was phenomenal in helping us achieve perfection. Highly recommend.

It's unfortunate in this day and time while businesses are failing that customer service seems to be at the bottom of the list of importance. Without customers there would be no need for businesses to thrive or remain open. And I would appreciate as a consumer to be made a priority while spending my hard earned Livelihood. Home Depot is the place for all your home projects and it’s my favorite store

I shop my particular HD store a handful of times a week. It has everything I need and more. If they do not have it...there's a good chance you don't really need it. And if you can't find it...ask Randy. He knows every inch of that place. Great store well-managed, friendly, stocked up and clean!

Found everyone we passed to be very pleasant and said hello and when asked for directions of assistance it was automatically given. Being from South Carolina and being here in Mequon to take of my brother, gave me a good southern hospitality feel!

Needed to get a tool unlocked from a bin to purchase. Looked around a bunch of isles couldn’t find anyone went home.
