Great service. Attention to detail about what we were looking for and willing to research, down to the detail, every scenario we had.

If you want a store where the employees are busier looking at their phones than serving their customers, this is your store. Terrible service, and Inventory levels do not match the website. Employees were not phased by the difference in what their website said they had, and what the store actually had. Went to the store because they supposedly had 9 items in stock. There were Zero items in stock. Employees said it's very common and many times the numbers are off by over 50 units, so 9 items was pretty good.

I have shopped here at the Menomonee Falls Store many times. I have found it always to be clean and organized. The shelves are well stocked with product and if they happen to be out of a item they have been very quick in finding it at another location. We have rented frfrom them several times and the equipment has always been in good running order and easy to run. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you find what you need . They have many nice staff members at this location but Frances whom works as a cashier and has been a long time employee is exceptional at customer service and being friendly. Great store!!

In the spring, we come to Home Depot for plantings both annuals and perennials, along with buying seeds and garden supplies.. In the summer, we come for outdoor supplies of all kinds including bug spray, work gloves and tools. In the fall we come for sale plantings and prep for winter supplies. All year we come for needed household items, hardware, small home repair projects and paint. Most recently we bought an appliance. Throughout the year, regardless of department, our Home Depot personnel are ALWAYS kind, helpful and thorough. They give meaning to HELP in their helpfulness. Without that, it is difficult to shop anywhere. It's nice to be treated with kindness and respect. This store is the best.

Excellent customer service.

I go here mostly for tools and saw blades. I like getting a 10% military discount and I have come to know a few people that make shopping here easy. Fran, Gabby and Libby to name a few. Also those ladies that work the customer care desk are always on their A game with answering questions I have and dealing with returns. This is not true for all big box stores. I like good customer service and I can get it here most times.

MENOFALLS STORE WAS NICE AND CLEAN ON MY VISIT 11/4/2020. THE ASSOCIATE (LATRECE} AT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NICE AND FRIENDLY . SHE WAS ABLE TO GET MY ONLINE ORDER QUICKLY.

Randy provided such friendly and helpful service! He went out of his way to offer several options for my project and showed me where to find everything until I decided what would work best.

I always have a great experience at this Home Depot. The employees have continually gone out of their way to assure that they understand what I'm trying to accomplish and show me products that meet the need.

Everyone is great to work with. I was purchasing an upright freezer. Bill was outstanding and extremely helpful. I did purchase a frost free upright freezer. I get it in 2 weeks and looking forward to it. Free delivery and only $25 to remove old appliance that is being replaced

Doris in the paint department is very good and helpful. If you need paint I highly recommend seeing Doris at Home Depot

During my visit to this store the flooring department was not staffed. I was directed to the customer service desk to order my flooring. Watched for 12 minutes multiple customer service employees carry on a conversation about a dog a guy had in the store while I stood in line not even acknowledged. Then to top off my splendid shopping experience they rejected my 11% rebate match for no reason.

My husband and I have made shopping trips too numerous to mention for all our DYI projects and have [nearly] always been able to find what we need. Staff has always been friendly and helpful; sometimes I don't have to even approach - they note the confusion on my face and offer to help me find what I obviously cannot. We will continue to shop at this clean and usually well-stocked store.

Marshe, sales associate, was very pleasant and knew all the products. She did everything she could to explain, demonstrate, and prioritize our concerns about which refrigerator we'd be happiest with. I came to Home Depot as a customer and let as a friend.

The associate at the paint desk was super!

A great experience from entry to exiting. A friendly greeting upon arrival, help was offered immediately. My large purchase was loaded by staff in the store onto a cart and loaded into my car carefully. I did need help at customer service and Lynn was kind and knowledgeable. A great experience!Betty

This Home Depot is a hidden gem in Menomonee Falls. They offer great products and good service. Never had a problem here.

The store is clean and organized, but sometimes it is hard to get help about the products.

Libby was VERY helpful and walked me to the location in the store where I could find what I was looking for. Also gave me good advice as to best complete my project.

I had the unfortunate experience of buying a defective lawn mower. I returned it , without argument and everyone was very polite . Great service. I shall go back. * I did not have to wear a surgical mask and this is much appreciated . Everyone was really very civilized and sensible over there for my several visits this month.

Customer service return cashier Koreen was very kind and helpful with a return/exchange I had. Speedy and prompt attention and processing. No waiting-Koreen rocks!
