Your cashier had no respect to acknowledge for cleaning me down these dirty bottles I needed to buy, my hands were very filthy with dust from these bottles I purchased, I should not have to bring home dirty products and need to drive to my next destination with dirty hands on my steering wheel, the employee at the cashier has no respect for it’s customers and is in the wrong department, playing dumb and not answering me when I asked her nicely if I can get a discount credit for buying out these dirty cleaning products is not respectful to not answer and she saw these bottles I took a picture of them after she could not acknowledge it and told her I will relay it to the manager. To the manager I ask you train your staff in such scenario that they should offer to clean down these bottles this at least would make it a good guesture to offer me a disinfectant to wash down my hands before getting into my car, an embarrassment off a Home Depot cashier employee.

No one around to help. Check out staff incompetent.

I went in here to receive one thing and the lines were long but the night manager she jumped in got the lines down and apologized for the inconvenience of the wait this is a person I would like to work on my team she asked me no questions correct me but I think I heard a young lady call her miss T she only works at night the young lady was alone she handled this store great and fast

I have made a lot of purchases at Home Depot DESPITE being ignored every time I come!

Impossible returns, one person 20 min and there is 10 More people on line . Only one slow cashier in return department. Not going there again..

I needed several bottles of Rustaid and I could find one on the shelves. With the help of Marvelle at the self-checkout and Dwain in the plumbing section, we FINALLY located more of the product. It took quite some time to finally locate the items and the average employee probably would have just stated to they could not find it. Dwain went above and beyond to help me locate the items. Employees are the face of any company and they made Home Depot SHINE!!! Kudos to Dwain and Marvelle at store #0249 in Oakland Park

Attempted delivery of my fridge 7 times! No one spoke English!

Everything I need I'm able to get from store #249. Faeanne is the absolute best when it comes to purchasing for export.

Products are always available in stock, but there is never enough cashier's available.

It takes forever until someone comes to help, and when they do come, they are either short in there answers, or don't know the answer. Overall, bad service.

The workers here hate their customers.

Normally I don't go to your Oakland Park store because of the past I wasn't able to get any help but this particular day I ended up at your store and ran into two associates one with Stephanie and one was William William was occupied with another customer but Stephanie jumped in and help me find what I needed to fine for my problem I was having so I may just be giving you guys another try as my normal store is the one on sunrise I can always find someone to help me there so now I have two stores to choose from but I'm never going to your University store they're rude over there.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Lou at Home Depot and I must say, the experience was phenomenal. From the moment I approached her, she was courteous, friendly, and professional. What truly stood out was her vast knowledge and thoughtful suggestions. She took the time to understand my needs and provided solutions that were both practical and creative. Her caring demeanor and genuine interest in helping me made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Ms. Lou is undoubtedly an asset to Home Depot. Her exceptional customer service skills and dedication to her work reflect positively on the company. I left the store feeling confident in my purchases and grateful for her assistance. The service was great the help was well worth the visit

This has to be the most unprofessional and dirty Home Depot around. Not only is the store always a mess, but the workers are lazy, unhelpful and never to be found. You better look at every item you purchase to see if it has been opened, because it is common for this store to accept returns which are broken, old and rusty, or missing pieces and just put them back on the shelves for resale. Not to mention the loads of 'day workers' looking for work on the property ... what a safety hazard!!

How many times have you needed assistance and there’s no employee in sight? For me, 9 times out of 10.

Easy to find products and get advice plus installation service if needed.

This location has truly changed the staff helps you and they walk with you to the department your shopping at they make you feel good about shopping

I would like to Take this Time to say Thank you to a manager who helped me in the rain and I had just had hand surgery she went out her way to make this very easy when I was having a bad day with curb side Thank you Tawanda

My tools all work great

I rented a drain cleaner. The associate indicated that the larger drain cleaner would be fine for a 2 inch pipe and after getting home, it would not take the corners so I had to return it and get the smaller one, but then they tried to charge me for the bigger one and overtime, even though, they recommended the wrong product. Also, the equipment was poor condition. The Chuck didn’t tighten the switch was hard to work. I would say that the price you pay it should work better and they should be more knowledgeable about what The product can do. Then when I return the product and they tried to charge me extra the store manager tried to fix the problem, but couldn’t and instead the system wasn’t working tonight so gave me his card and said come back I said can’t you just fix this if I leave my receipt and just let me know when it’s fixed, he said no you have to come back I said well I don’t live in this area and I don’t have a car. He said well too bad you have to come back so this was not a good experience at all.

Went to the Oakland Park branch where I was greeted at the door by a cashier who also assisted me with what I was looking for . Good job Miss Colin

Cashiers don’t greet you nor say thank you they always have an attitude and treat you as if you going to the store and buying products bothers them

There will always be 1 bad or spoil 🍎 but over all many great people.almost like family there...I had 1 bad experience in my past years from 1 of the cashier who sits ..but I was willing to overlook that situation and make this place my favorite shopping spot.the lay out is easy for me to find my project items daily.

Went to Home Depot to buy a few household items a few days ago , upon entering the store a cashier welcomed me and assist me by telling me the exact isle where the product is located and this saves time . Thank you Coline.
