This morning I went to three different nursery's to find exotic succulents and other plants that will last long-term. Home Depot at Oakland had an incredible assortment of plants and flowers. I was quite impressed with the options. Thank you Home Depot for having options for our Southeast Florida customers. We have such a hard time with longevity of plants due to the heat and lack of rain in the easters side of town.

Bought a Milwaukee tool set - I could not touch it until after I paid for it

I find the Home Depot store at 1701 W. Oakland Park Blvd in Oakland Park, FL 33311 to be very convenient for shopping and close to my home. I shop there often and it is well supplied.

Home Depot’s company of choice was Delta Mechanical. They had 4 trips to put in a water tank. They showed up 3 hours late even with a four hour window. They do not return calls. Beware!

It’s very hard to get help in hardware I needed a key cut and waited 2 hrs the young lady page no help so again I went back and the young girl walk me the supervisor who came and cut the key Tawanda get more people to work department this was crazy a least she was willing to help and then go find somebody

Taneke stood right over my shoulders at self check-out to watch me as i scan my items giving no breathing space. Then when i finished and paid she asked to examine my receipt. Her behavior was so demeaning, discriminatory and she singled me out She never treated any other customers like that as i stood back to observe.

My husband and I came in to pick up our online order we were in line at the customer service desk know let me say this there were only 2 young ladies working and the line was long but they held there own. Tawanda and Lele were great except when one of the associate decided to disrespect Tawanda when she asked the young man to take care of getting our order my husband and watch as she walked over she said can you get this order customer waiting. He gave her this nasty look . Tawanda comes back and said the associate will bring it to you just a minute… She was great even with people yelling . This young man I can never forget him cause he left a nasty test in my husband and my mouth. He said tell that lady her stuff right there he never handed to us but pushed and left and when Tawanda tried to call him back he kept walking smiling as if it was funny. He had no respect for her or us and she gave 1 top service Thank you Tawanda and we won’t to apologize for the rudeness you were getting with only 2 of you working you got us on and out Thank you

Home Depot does not stand behind their power tools by RIGID, Customer service was HORRIBLE, waited and waited for a manager and lady said GOOD LUCK...

I appreciate the employees at this store they all seam to care for the shoppers . When I need help upu can find some one or ask to have so.e one come to that department . Very much appreciated

I bought tile for my home, Murline was very helpful and even gave me a sample.

I shop at this local store often, the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and the store is well stocked. Many options for checkout, self checkout, online lockers, and cashier.

The customer service rep, Ana, did an excellent job processing my transaction. I was extremely satisfied with my experience.

I love to use this store, someone is always there to help with any questions you have about products, very friendly and willingness to help employees.

Received excellent help in painting and cement departments. Also checkout was quick and easy.

I was in this store and the customer service associate was very rude. Her name was Lorna, that’s how rude she was. Even days later, I can remember her name because of how rude she was. She makes me never want to step foot in another Home Depot again. The only thing positive I can say is the manager fix the issue in last than 5 mins which the other associate could’ve did. Even the manager acknowledged that the employee could’ve fix the issue.

We purchased Blinds for our home and the Sales Staff spent a long time with us to explain all the different options and price points.

Very friendly employees with a can-do attitude.

I will always return to this store as the great service is the major reason for me to go back

This home depot always has employees ready to help with knowledge and kindess.

We do a lot of business with Home Depot, as a plumbing/HVAC company. We get consistent wonderful service and I always love talking to the Contractor Desk.

As I mentioned,we have been going to this store for 20+years and have re-vamped 3 homes in that time including landscape(I am a Florida Master Gardener and do many other homes as well). 95% of the time I find what I need at a price I think is fair. The staff is always helpful and friendly,check out is always swift(except of course when a hurricane is coming and the place is packed) . We always shop here first.

Employees were very helpful, ease of checking out, store was clean, prices reasonable.

Carlos a guy working at the freight and hardware department in the Oakland Park Blvd Ft Lauderdale FL Home Depot store, was hugely helpful. He took the time and work to find a drill/driver that was in stock yet not easy to reach neither displayed. Employees like Carlos make the difference. Keep it up!!
