Amazing customer great staff great managerment

The employees have horrible customer service. The rental tools department took me through the wringer about renting a tool. Darnell is an awful representative . He is also very disrespectful and carried a demeanor as if he is doing me a favor by letting me rent the tools when I am a paying customer. This has been by far my worse experience at any home depot and I have never shopped here before. The google rating are accurate and the 1.7 stars is too high of a rating . I would not have shopped here if the surrounding locations had the tools to rent . I had to make a total of 3 separate trips to borrow one tool, because the guys in tool rentals piece-mealed everything I needed to bring one by one instead of telling me all at once or either time on the phone when I called. I called prior to ever visiting the store and was not made aware of all the additional requirements and restrictions to borrow a tool. Also I had to rent a separate truck because the apparently the hitch on the truck that had been used several times to tow equipment, conveniently was not good enough. The managers including Will did nothing to help improve the experience nor did they correct Darnell’s attitude or his customer service approach. I forgot to mention he stopped ringing up a customer in front of me to ask me what was my issue as I waited in line to speak with him. He’s extremely unprofessional and should be Fired at best and remediated at the least. I spent over $1700 in Home Depot in the last week to complete a project and this is the type of thank I get. NEVER AGAIN!

I received a letter from Home Depot, reminding me that I had not purchased anything in a while, and that they would lower my credit line if I didn’t purchase something within the next few weeks. So, what the heck…..I went in and I bought a storage tub, which I can always use. The cashier, Steve; was friendly & helpful; and he helped me to apply my military discount. Two thumbs up!! Not enough cashiers and the self checkout was closed

They are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Each time I go, no registers open and big lines. They save pennies, it costs me money to stand inline.

Great store very good customer service

Antonio rocks! He was so helpful showing me how to use the lights with the paint swatches and lightened my paint when I asked if it was possible. Because of him, I would come here again. Behr paint is really good, but service matters, too - thanks, Antonio!

I just want to say thank you again to Tarik in Flooring kind heart and he helped even when the that rude lady over there would not do anything but the point of her finger. This gentleman took time even though he didn't know he did not walk away he said I'll come to help you and you know I respect that he was honest with me and he did not walk away like most He had great people skills he was taught right im a parent and a business professional. So Thank Tarik for his help

This store has THE worst associates. I have never heard "I don't know" so much in a service industry/diy store. Where do get the employees. Fire everyone and start over.

Shop there less than a month ago

I came in to get help got an attitude with two associate ins in your store they act as if they were to bo busy to help. So I asked another young lady on Saturday she was very too but she stopped and did all the shopping for me Tawanda You're a great person and she has a great spirit as well she found everything I need while your other associates were rude and disrespectful and had horrible customer service Tawanda shop with me while pulling other boxes she was working on Again she's great thank you

Great customer service

I was treated with patience and respect, guided by associates to find the correct products to fix my roof.

I bought a faucet for my kitchen and am very happy with the purchase. The attendant was very pleasant and easy to work with. Great place to find things for my home. Will go back and get a stove hopefully, this weekend.

Went to buy cleaning stuff and wasn’t sure where to find the them but an associate Brent was there to help in the isle , went to self checkout and the cashier assisted me collien was very helpful even though it’s SELF CHECKOUT

I ordered online and they said it was in. But only half was in. A nice employee helped and fixed it so I could get my product. Very nice.

You have an associate by the name of Tawanda. I thought about walking out cause I couldn't get any assistance in the store She walked by and said hello are you ok. I said no she then walk with me till I establish what I need. She's very knowledgeable. Cut blinds for me after waiting for almost 2hrs she took her time. This is what Great Services is. This young lady even Helped me with flooring and Electric. I was going to lows not anymore as long as there Help like this I'm 80 years old and she made my day. This is what Great Customer service is about. Again Thank you
