I would like to say Thank you to the night staff there fast check out was good they got us in and out even had managers on the register so overall they handled it well even with the rude attitude from customer that they were receiving

I bought a Milwaukee drill set but seemed as though an interrogation was required prior!! Wasn't allowed to even touch the box to review the specs until it was paid for!! Item had to be brought by a HD associate to the register and handed off only to the cashier. Associate thst brought and handed it over actually watched over and waited to verify my payment processed before walking away!!! Your store needs to do BETTER!!! THIS IS INSULTING!!! Not everyone's a THIEF!!!

I came in to do a return the young man had no idea what he was doing and Then he sent me over to deal with Tawanda who took her time to assist me and explain everything that took place with my order Thank you

They young lady in hardware was rude and nasty I think her name was Nydeeha she talks to you nasty and she’s rude I went there for help if it wasn’t for the manger Tawanda last night I tell you I would not come back but homedepot please check your associate she’s not homedepot service and rudeness is her name Thank you to The Manager for allowing me to vent claim down and made me laugh cause I tell you I was going to give this a bad review

During the night the lines were long I want to say thank you to the manager that jumped in to help even though there were customer yelling and screaming for no reason they were moving with all the help they had so Thank you

I would like to Say Thank You to two of your workers Denise and Tawanda They helped get the lines under control as I went to service desks and those lady’s were on there phones talking and did not care that the lines were long Tawanda ask them to call customer and they started getting the lines down these two kept cool and talk to each frustrated customer that were there made my night to see the lines move but to see management jumping on and giving direction thank you

Purchased lumber with no assistance or help offered. Never greeted going Couldn't find lumber cart. Military discount on file. Asked but never got it.

I had several large orders starting with the first order that got screwed up that I can't even write in this space how many times and how many problems occurred with this order. Still to the date of writing this I am still having problems straightening out this order what a shame what an embarrassment for Home Depot I had canceled another $18,000 worth of order because I just couldn't believe it. What a shame

Every staff member is rude, unhelpful, uninformed about their products: the store is always Store filled with unloaded palettes of merchandise that blocks aisles or access...supervisor or manager must be the problem since they seem to hire the worst and not care about customer service or training / supervision of their employees. Disgusting shopping experience.

I brought a soursop tree plant from this store and it's doing so well .. So happy for that

Can’t say the same for the Sunrise store. This store is less frantic and the employees generally seem friendlier. Helpful and thoughtful .

The Home Depot in West Oakland park need to stop promoting people, who does not know how to respect customers , and you have to wonder if they are following the home Depot operating procedures .I really feel sorry for the store manager in this situation.There is a lot of work that needs to be done in that store specially with the supervisors .

Great customer service

My husband and I waited a very long time (one cashier working) to exchange a light bulb to a different watt. We arrived home and it didn’t work. We went back to Home Depot and upon arrival we noticed the line was extremely long (again). We asked to speak to a manager since the lightbulb wasn’t working we just needed to get same item - not an exchange nor a refund. The manager Rufus never apologized for the inconvenience of us receiving an item that was not working, instead he said the lightbulb was not the right one and wanted us to go back in line to do the transaction. What transaction? All he needed to do was give us the lightbulb that should have been in the package. Rufus BLAMED us for not inspecting the lightbulb. He rudely refused to take care of us and told us to go to the line to have the cashier ring up the return. We asked him for the District Manager’s name and phone number. He said his name quickly, didn’t offer to write it down. We asked him for the phone number and he said he didn’t know it and walked away from us. We had to purchase a second lightbulb and drive 3 miles to the Ft. Lauderdale store to get good customer service. I’m extremely frustrated and appalled to his lack of consideration. Rufus goal was simply flex his authority instead of doing what was right in the moment. We will never shop at the Oakland Park store again.
