Very helpful and friendly staff accross the store!

Kenneth in paint was friendly and he made the visit less painful. As oppose to Angela the front end cashier that is extremely rude. Unnecessary attitude towards customers who are there to keep the business afloat .She is unfit to work with the public. And require retraining on how to provide customers service

This store is clean and clutter free. Also appreciate the scooter to get around because I have to use a wheelchair. Love browsing and shopping there.

This is a wonderful Home Depot. Our experience with kitchen and bath designer, Chris, made it especially wonderful. He is so knowledgeable, experienced, warm, patient, personable, and has lots of helpful info for choosing amongst the many options. He turned what I thought would be a difficult project into a JOY. We are so excited about our new kitchen, and so grateful to Chris for sharing his expertise. Thank you!!

Terrible store. Delivery never showed up on a 6am-8pm window. Delivery is 1.8 miles away. MOD and Associates did very little to help. Do yourself a favor and dont come to this store.

Store employees are easy to find and very helpful! Love when you go in plumbing and find someone who knows what they’re doing , same for kitchen and electrical departments

It's a great store with great improvements in all aspects. The store is well maintained, organized and clean. The staff is very warm, friendly, polite and helpful. This is one of the best Home Depot store in America.

I like this store because is close to me and my family , but i don't like every time i got there i have to wait for help, to many employees walking around pass me and nobody ask me for if need help.

Very poor communication at this store, too!! The employees just seem tired and uninterested in helping. Telephone communication with customer service is impossible. When I first went in person to the Copans Road Home Depot, I told customer service that the gentlemen in the door department was unable to help, and chatting with a friend, ingnoring me and my friend. Customer service was not helpful! Then I went to this store on Oakland Park, and got the special order done for my new door. Unfortunately, I was told I had 24 hours to get questions answered. They make it very difficult to communicate during this 24 hour period.

I used to avoid shopping at this location due to long checkout lines. They have added additional self service registers with little to no wait. Associates were available if assistance was needed. Major improvement for customer service. Thank you. Product was in stock and checkout was super fast.

Each person I asked for assistance pointed me to someone else. Needed to putchase a garage door the experience was very bad. the only people I received great service from were an older lady cashier and the 2 gentleman that I rented the truck from. My son had to load the extremely heavy garbage door by himself..

All employees are courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!

Very bad costumer services and lack of work ethics at the PRO DESK from Janet and Sidris. One of my worse experience with Home Depot and I do work with the Pro Desk for the last 5 years but usually with a different store.On a phone sell, Sidris didn't applied the discount for my purchase and when I asked her if she did, she said YES. Afterword she put me on hold for 20 min. When I confronted her, she start to scream at me and telling me she doesn't work for me and not to tell her what to do.

I want to say a sincere thanks to the management team at The Home Depot Oakland Park. A special thanks to Feann for the wonderful service rendered. My complaint was dealt with speedily and I am satisfied with the level of professionalism displayed by Feann and Yatande.

Because I have had previous issues with this store in which I spent thousands of dollars in the store and did not feel my business was appreciated. EXAMPLE I am spent over 2,000 dollars for a carpet installation which I ALREADY PAID for yet I am still waiting for the install.

I was there 30 min before close , and Ann from appliances department took care of me giving me a tremendous deal ! She dindt look at the clock once , took her time , helping me with everything ! She’s awesome ! Thank you Ann and Home Depot family

I have been using this store for years. It has become a home from home for me. The staff are a helpful well informed team. Sandra at the paint department is especially professional and will go that extra mile to help anyone.

Today I returned a defective propane tank. The tank was placed with all the other tanks with no note of defection. This is scary and potentially dangerous. The employee could have cared a less. I wanted to rate this store with negative stars but this system made me enter one.
